Everything was fine on this holiday,apart from the lack of room when walking around the end of bed.
Restricted view from balcony.
And not straight forward when arriving using the security gate pad,the numbers so small and harder to read at night with no security lights at the main gate.
The main thing is accommodation first class and pleasant to stay in with all the amenities.

Ground floor apartment with just a few steps to get onto decking. Wonderfully presented and spotlessly clean. The best equipped we have stayed in and lots of goodies left (wine, fudge, biscuits…..wowzers!). Private complex entry to car park with own good sized space. Those with mobility issues may struggle with master bed as very tight at the end (need to crawl over as can’t get round the end - husband couldn’t due to hip replacement). Lovely swimming pool but take your own chairs down (keeps it clean and tidy so we didnt mind ). Literally a stones throw from the cove with a lttle cafe and loos - VERY steep hill down but even hubbie made it.

It truly is a fab apartment!

A lovely spot. Nice walks all near to a great little town. Lots of places to eat and drink at reasonable prices. The accommodation was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Fab views! Lovely, comfortable apartment. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and a treat. The owners obviously are very proud of their apartment and have furnished it and maintained it to a high standard. It's a great location for the coves nearby and getting into Brixham is a reasonable walk. We will definitely visit again.

A lovely stay ,been a few times to the cove ,and every apartment exceeds our expectations. The cove in our eyes is a hidden gem . Views amazing and having a pool is an added bonus as we sometimes bring our daughter and grandaughter .They spend a lot of time in the pool weather permitting. Hopefully won’t be long before we return for another holiday at the cove .

As per previous reviews we found the apartment to be very clean and nicely furnished. The gifts left for us on arrival were much appreciated and a nice touch by owners. The Cove is in a nice quiet location with easy access to Brixham via a short walk along coastal path through Battery Gardens, approx 10-15 mins stroll - might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but it is all tarmac/concrete path. The apartment has lovely large deck area with plenty of seating and fabulous views. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bedrooms are little bit on small side and personally found the beds a bit too firm for my liking. Bathroom also compact but all very nice. The heated pool on the complex was a nice treat after long days out walking around the local area. Would definitely recommend.

Another great holiday at Dunlin 3 the cove, our second there stay and will not be our last.
Had a great time, apartment full of home comforts, very clean and comfortable, great location with views over the bay would definitely recommend a stay there, totally chilled out and relaxed and only a short walk away from Brixham town centre.
