Literally speechless and overwhelmed by Sundeck. Literally outstanding the building is beautiful and the inside is just so modern and fully represents modern household standards. Literally recommend the enough Quite simply stunning holiday was had. Well done
A lovely spacious apartment with brilliant views. John was very welcoming and we will be returning! Hopefully this year.
This was our second stay at 1, Kings Quay. We found this lovely apartment in November 2023. The location could not be better with beautiful harbour views, walking distance to the town and eateries. We usually stay in Brixham out of the main holiday season; November & March so it is reasonably quiet. Not sure we would choose to stay here peak season as it could be noisy as the pubs and bars close at night. Definitely will be booking again for November though!
Our stay in La Mouette was lovely. The house was well equipped and as always the views is absolutely breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.
we had a lovely stay at osprey2 apartment. on first floor the views are amazing. a relaxing week is just what was required. sitting watching seals and dolphins playing. fantastic! 15 minute walk or very short drive into brixham itself. comfy beds lots of modern touches and a very well stocked kitchen. but it is all about the views!
A really great stay at Sea Nook! Only downside would be when daughter starts crawling/ walking would not be suitable due to the steep twisting steps with only 1 gate
Wow what a lovely property in an ideal location to explore Brixham and surroundings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Off road parking was so appreciated too especially as we stayed at Easter. As usual Brixham holidays were a pleasure to book with too.
It was a great location but we found it cold in the mornings as the heating didn’t come on until after getting up. Also, lots of step to the door which was difficult for my husband. Could do with a tea pot and some cups. There was also a stain in the pillow cases so these need to be changed. Mould on the walls by the window also.
We have been to high seas before this is the only place we have come back to we have 4 to5 holidays a year in the uk lovey place my partner is very hard to please she loved every moment of her stay we will re book again I think that says it all brilliant x
Our first visit to this property, as we know the area this was excellently placed for us, the free parking is a good addition as can be difficult, although you cannot load or unload outside of the property and the steps down to harbour car park can be challenging! The welcome pack was a nice addition & the property had everything we needed for a comfortable few days stay, although decoration & bathroom sanitary & fitments are a little tired & in need of some upgrades especially in the en-suite with bath
We've stayed in Brixham a number of times but this is hands down the best. Views for miles, spacious apartment, clean and comfy. We will 100% stay again.
We were very pleased with the high standard of accommodation. Beautiful views and easy walk to harbour. Everything you could wish for.
What a beautiful apartment, fantastic views over the harbour, peaceful and comfortable. We loved the balcony, sitting out there with our drinks watching the goings on of the harbour was fabulous. The apartment is so nice, a little tired in places, but we would definately recommend a stay and would come back again for sure. We didn’t want to leave and wished we’d book a longer stay. Really nice places to eat in the harbour and everywhere is so clean and people were so friendly. Our visit to Agatha Christie’s house and gardens, Greenways, was wonderful, so worth visiting. A wonderful sh...more
We have stopped at number 8 on numerous occasions over the years so that tells you something. As usual the flat was very clean on arrival and the welcome pack is great. Having parking on site is a bonus though will be tricky with a large car. These are not complaints but observations, a few of the windows need replacing especially the one in the master bedroom (you think the window is open) and the electric heater in the bathroom is very noisy with a slight smell so I would suggest replacing or disconnecting. That said we will be back
Super house, everything you need, comfortable and clean with super views. Everything on your doorstep. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Myself and 13 year old twin daughters thoroughly enjoyed out stay at 3 Curlew. Being February half term, the weather was not great, so having the pool/air hockey table and loads of board games was definitely a bonus! The accommodation is clean, comfortable and cosy. Not the biggest of apartments but suited us just fine. It will be lovely in the summer when you can sit outside and enjoy the views. The kitchen was extremely well fitted out with all you need, and the bedlinen was lovely. Beds were comfortable too. Another bonus was being able to use the (small) shop and bar/restaurant faciliti...more
Stayed in front row cottage the name was spot on as there’s nothing in front of the home but beautiful scenery, Had a weeks stay with my daughter and husband and grandson Who got very upset at having to come home, But I’ve promised him we will definitely be coming back to this lovely house,
Townhouse with Darlington one car underneath and street parking nearby. Nicely maintained and well equipped. The best thing, however, is the view over the bay of Torquay and Brixham harbour: you can even see the seals .Wish I could take that home with me.
We book annually a holiday home in Brixham, this was our first in Driftwood. What can I say, it feels like almost every window has a spectacular view, the decor was immaculate and the place spotlessly clean. The simulated fire was a really nice touch and the lounge and kitchen in general just fabulous. The same applied to the upper bathroom. Two points of caution, parking in Brixham is notorious and that includes North View area. With a bit of ingenuity we managed to get an iPace into the moderately sized garage but anything bigger, no chance. The second is steps, you don’t get the spectacu...more
The apartment had most equipment needed but pizza tray and cutter would be helpful. There was a dishcloth and fairy liquid but no tea towel. We had trouble with the Internet at first as the letters showing the code were illegible. We rang the office who were very helpful but the tea towel that was promised for the following day never materialised. The shower was generally ok but had to be adjusted and the dials turned several times to get hot water. The outside could also have done with a sweep but overall enjoyed the pool , the views and our stay at Sandpiper 3.
Fisherman's Wharf is equipped to the highest standards, and is truly a home from home. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, spotlessly clean, and the most amazing views across the harbour and our to sea. Location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. Parking is a bonus and there is a garage as well. Matthew and Rosie are a lovely couple and could not have been more helpful. Also, a special mention to Cassie who was so helpful with our booking! We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return.
We had a lovely time at Plover 2. It was a very well laid out accommodation that suited our needs perfectly. We know the area quite well and had come to visit relatives in the area, but we were still stunned by the views offered by this rental and the location.
The location is lovely. The apartment was mixed in terms of comfort. A little limited on kitchen items. One pint glass, cheap/aged kitchen utensils. Towels very old and need replacing. Hairdryer didn’t work, outside furniture was dirty. A lack of privacy as no curtains. And most alarmingly was the cctv camera in the kitchen which we noticed after 3 days and switched off! No welcome pack; just half a toilet roll and a pint of milk (after a 7 hour drive) a teabag would’ve been welcome. No information about not charging our electric car; but did get a visit from the owner to tell us off for charg...more
