Super little town house, great Location for shops, harbour , restaurant, perfect for walks along the coastal path, very comfortable with everything amenity you could wish for a self catering holiday.

Few points to consider-
Need to watch out for some low ceilings if you are 6ft plus :)
Car parking not outside due to the location but close by .
House has lots of steep
stairs so not suitable for anyone with walking/ mobility issues.

No issues for us and we would return to beautiful Brixham.

Overall a nice property with excellent location and fantastic views

We would recommend blinds in the dining room window and the lounge window as when the sun is shining it is difficult to see the TV and in the lounge not only is it too bright but too hot for comfort.

Location was important to us, and The Sail House is perfect with unhindered views over the harbour..

Accommodation was excellent as was the location.
Unfortunately there was a terrible mix up on arrival that tainted the first couple of hours. However, that apart, the rest of our stay was superb.



Great location and well finished renovation. Felt a home away from home for us.

A well appointed house, with lots of nice touches. Well thought through and great water system meant instant hot water in all 3 bathrooms. Highly reocmmended.
