Spacious villa for 10 people (max 8 adults) with an EV car charger and driveway for 2 cars. Amazing coastal views from the balcony. Two dogs welcome

Lovely house, nice location but how the swimming slots are allocated was an absolute disgrace.

Not one of my five young grandchildren got to use the pool once during our three night stay. No organisation at the pool whatsoever. Whoever manages the place couldn't manage their way down a straight road with a map. For this reason, and only this reason I could not recommend this property.

Excellent property and fantastic location and outdoor space through bifold doors and view, just idea for our party on this occasion - lots of space both indoors and out. Long while since stayed in a 'Dartmouth' type property but they are excellent - though think some of the intentionally looking marine type wood furniture might be time for a review.

As always exceptional first class customer service in every regard by Paula Foster.

Weeks weather was absolutely fantastic which made it even better and more ideal - highly recommended for eating Seabirds in Flamborough and San Marco Italian in Filey.

Had a great stay here . Marvellous position for access to coastal path and beach. Plenty of room for us all and beautiful views especially from the balcony. Good amenities on site but did expect a slightly bigger shop for such a large development like Filey Bay . Would certainly stay here again.

Lovely family weekend. The ground floor is all open plan a really big space for getting together and having plenty of space.
The house was clean and well equipped.
The group floor bedroom and en-suite is good for older relatives while the main bedroom with balcony has lovely views.
Will definitely return.

This property has so much space, with 8 adults, 4 kids under four and a dog (2 adults, 1 child & dog stayed in another property), there was plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of crockery and good size dining table. Fabulous views of Bempton cliffs and sea and plenty of outside space although we didn't use it being winter. Tucked away in a nice little corner this property was perfect for The Bay amenities as well as the beach.
One slight negative was the master bedroom remained quite cold even though the radiator was on.
Will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed a last minute get away to Bempton View. Fantastic location, close to great facilities and a short 5 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again soon!

We’ve been coming to the bay for years and had started losing faith in the place after staying at other properties (not connected to Filey bay direct) how refreshing it was to turn up to a spotless house, the balcony in particular was so clean! (In previous front row houses it’s been unusable) and the beds were so comfortable! Can’t thank you enough for giving us the best start to our holiday! Great to deal with and can't wait to come again

Excellent home, fantastic location close to beach and all amenities within the resort. Home was very clean, little welcome gift on arrival, pet friendly and spot on for a big family or 2 families to stay. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you from both families for an excellent holiday.

The house is set in a beautiful location with stunning views. The house is bigger than it looks in the photo's. It was well equipped .Very close to all the amenities. We will hopefully return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bempton View, even the terrible rain didn’t spoil it! The house is very well equipped and is near to the beach, which was great when the sun eventually came out

We have stayed many times at the bay and normally find the properties to be of a high standard. However this property is becoming dated and needs a major refresh. Location is great and there are sea views from upstairs master bedroom.
Issues which need addressing:
Stains on carpets and walls
Internal door handles need repairing
Beds are uncomfortable and very noisy
Main bifold door is broken
Upstairs balcony is dirty and needs a deep clean
Garden furniture is low quality for a house of this type and dirty
Overall the property needs investment, a full paint, new flooring and most furniture needs replacing

Thanks for your honest feedback. Following your stay the following have all been done: - carpets cleaned - all internal door handles replaced/secured with pins - Main bed replaced with a new superking bed - downstairs bed replaced with a new king bed - the bifolds were checked and are working fine - balcony and patios jetwashed

Great house for for family Gatherings .The house was spotless and had everything you need .Great location near the beach.The grandchildren loved the swimming which was included in the price.Would definitely like to return.The only downside was we had difficulty with the internet but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Accommodation, spacious, very well equipped and worked very well for a large family group. Good facilities close by.
