The Salty Dog has everything you need for a perfect home from home stay. It feel clean spacious and looked after to a high level. The location is perfect allowing you to jump in a car to visit close towns but also enjoy Filey. The sight has a great selection of amenities but without it being over the top and feeling like a Butlins sight. It is premium and a beautiful place to stay

Fantastic beach house that has everything you could need without being cluttered. It is really well maintained and everything is high quality e.g. beds, appliances, tv etc. Love the large decking at the back and the spacious seating at the front. Close to the pool and pub and easy access to the beach path. Perfect
Very attractive development of mostly holiday homes in many varied architectural styles. House was comfortable clean & well equipped. Easy parking. Beach a good 10 minute walk away & quite a climb back up ! Overall most enjoyable & acceptable.
We have been to The Bay numerous times stayed in various cottages. This is the by far the best one.Very well kept and well situated and everything you need.... We will definitely be back.
Late notice short break at this property It was ideal as the balcony is enclosed allowing our dogs to sit out with us without having to be on a lead. Lovely location, comfortable and well equipped. Filey Bay Direct deliver on quality service once again
We had a wonderful few days at Sandy Shores. It’s really well positioned for the beach path so we had lots of lovely strolls on the sandy beach with our little dog. The house is beautifully decorated with a lovely seaside theme which gave it a nice holiday vibe. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and had everything we needed. What a lovely comfortable and well equipped lodge, perfect location with great outdoor space. Very spacious for 2 of us with a dog, you easily get 4 adults in and not feel over crowded as it's a great layout and very good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. I'd highly recommend it

This small 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our small family and dog. You spend most of your time out and about so the accommodation is just a base. It contained everything we needed. Plenty of free parking and easy to drive to other places on the coast. The price was very reasonable for the time of year and quality of facilities the bay has to offer. Only things to be aware of really is this is a first floor apartment so means plenty of trips up and down when bringing on the luggage and the building itself is towards the bay resort entrance so a further walk than other houses to the beach ...more
The communication before and during the stay was excellent. The Lakeside Retreat is in a peaceful location, and has a wonderful view across the lake and wildflower meadow, with lots of wildlife. The lodge is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The EV charger is an added bonus. Tarmac rather than a dusty uneven road surface would be a great improvement.
The house was lovely and clean, it really is a home from home. Really enjoyed our stay and was a shame when the holiday came to an end.
We stayed in a 2ned chalet over looking the lake what a beautiful position on the site the accommodation was spotless and couldn’t be faulted everyone seemed friendly no noise from neighbours couldn’t fault it
We had a fantastic stay at Normans Nook. It was our second year in row staying at Normans Nook and I can't give it enough praise. The house is fantastic with everything we need and the service from Paula and the team is second to none. We will definitely be looking to book again for next year. It really is becoming our home from home.
Had a beautiful week in this stunning holiday home it’s in a perfect location too and we also saw some wild deer whilst sat on the decking, inside it’s so lovely especially the beds we will definitely be back
Spacious and nicely decorated cabin with pretty much everything you could want for a short break. Bathrooms well appointed and modern and kitchen well equipped. Condition of outside deck will need looking at soon as well as some of the deck furniture but that aside a good place to stay. Very satisfied
Had a wonderful stay at Sailaway Cottage. The house was spacious and had a lovely feel about the place. It was ideal for all of us (We were 75 - 5 in age) Great touches like bat and ball for the kids and board games too The welcome pack was excellent filled with quality items There was everything you could possibly need Would definitely return
The lodge was absolutely stunning and very clean and well presented. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to utensils and serving trays with plenty of storage throughout the rest of the lodge in the form of lovely side boards, wardrobes and dressing tables. Both the bathrooms also had ample storage and lovely waterfall showers in each, with the main bathroom having the luxury of a bath! We had such a great week at this lovely cottage. The cottage was very clean with all the essentials you need on self catering. We also used the windbreak and chairs on the beach that were provided. The beds were very comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach which was a beautiful walk which ever direction you went. Its a lovely walk to Filey on the beach or on the coastal / ciiff walk. CJs was the best Fish and Chip shop to try in Filey. The pub in site was very poor. Our third time at the Oreo shack, we’ve been twice this summer. The accommodation is stylish, immaculate and well equipped, the WiFi is excellent. We’ve always received a text on the day to let us know it’s ready early, which is a bonus. It’s ideally situated for accessing the pool and beach, which is the starting point for so many wonderful coastal walks. The grounds at The Bay are so well maintained and we like the open aspect of the Oreo Shack. It’s great to sit on the decking in the comfy camping chairs from the store room and the log burner is great indoors during colder months.
this property was ideal for a short break at The Bay, clean and comfortable with everything you could wish for to easily cater for 4 adults. The availability of a fence which can be placed at the rear patio allows you to sit out with the dog without having to have the dog on a lead that alone would be enough for us to book this property again. An added bonus and very good idea.
Had a lovey stay at Prospect Cottage. The location is excellent, the property was the perfect size for us and our two greyhounds and had everything that we required. Paula was attentive and communicated updates upon arrival and departure.

Blue Anchor Retreat had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s in a good location close to site amenities with good parking and many nearby places to visit. Being on one level and having two showers was just the type of accommodation we need so we will be back again.
Excellent accommodation spacious rooms with plenty of storage. Extremely comfy beds and sofas. Lots of games for wet days and evenings. A wee bit tight at kitchen table getting in and out. Very convenient for swimming pool and restaurant. Would highly recommend

Our stay at Anchors Away was perfect. We were 4 adults and three children. This was our fifth stay at The Bay. We love the convenience of the beach, the walk onto Filey and the wonderful beach cafe at Hunmanby……perfect to access on foot. The house was extremely well kitted out and spotlessly clean. We have already booked for the same week (spring bank) next year!
A gorgeous, well maintained lodge with every facility we could possibly need. Even things like condiments in the cupboard and outdoor cushions were included. We came home feeling very refreshed!
This was our 2nd stay at Bempton view and we will definitely return. Lovely spacious house, kitchen very well equipped. Enjoyed sitting on balcony with family enjoying the sea views. The house was clean and fresh on arrival. Nice quite location
We loved our time here together: the open plan family space downstairs was ideal and so well equipped for our needs. The park access in front is great for children and safe for them to play watched over by family members from the property. Beach access perfect. Dedicated reserved parking directly in front of the property would be a benefit but wasn’t too much of an issue. We fixed a window blind which fell down completely in the children’s bedroom (luckily no injury sustained!) during our stay though there was a number to call if assistance was needed. Sophie’s Beach House is a perfect place to relax. It’s spotless, modern, has everything you need and is just a few minutes walk to the beach. I have an electric car so the charger was also a benefit. We have returned 3 times and would recommend it.

Parking for 2 vehicles immediately outside, great location overlooking the sea, for the beach, Pub & facilities. Spacious layout with the living area having a veranda overlooking the sea. Nice fenced off grass area at the rear for dogs, upto 2 well behaved dogs are welcomed. Highly recommended stay.
We had a very pleasant stay at Bay Tree House. The location is great and having dedicated parking and an EV charger was brilliant. The park itself is quiet, well kept and tidy. There are bins everywhere and enough dog poo bins to ensure that people had no excuse to not pick up after themselves. In the week we were there, the gardening team were out on more than one occasion and I saw several employees out litter picking too. The accommodation was very good. Stayed at Anchor Downs for 2 nights, communication was good and the check in process was easy. The house was clean and tidy. Nice touch having games for the children to play with. There was parking outside the house which was handy and a little area at the back that the children could play in.
We booked a lodge by the lake, expecting to be able to fish… to find out the lake is no longer fish able. Honestly, i looked to book else where but I'm so please we didn’t because The Bay was a find!! The children loved it. The lodge we stayed in had a country feel, it was quiet, peaceful with a lovely view. The location was great to explore the area, including Bridlington, Filey and the fishing lake we found in Humanby. The lodge its self was spacious, we visited on a weekend that was incredibly hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep, a fan in the room would have been ideal. We had to close...more
