Norman’s Nook was immaculately clean and attractively presented. It was convenient for all the activities you can enjoy at The Bay, including the beautiful beach. We have booked through this company a number of times and their properties do not disappoint. Moreover, the service and communication are excellent.

I have stayed several times at The Bay now. I love the location. The site is charming and so close to the beautiful beach.

Whilst I would highly recommend accommodation I would now like to see some attention and up grade to the child play area, swimming pool and hospitality services on site. The coffee shop is greatly missed.

I should also improve refuse collection to separate/recycle waste.

My stay as always was a great pleasure a gem for all to enjoy. Which is the reason for my comments about site up grades.

Glad you enjoyed trying another out our properties at FBD. We will forward your feedback on the Bay amenities to the General Manager for her consideration. The waste is sorted off site so please don't worry about that.

We have stayed on several occasions on the Bay and it never disappoints. This is the first time staying at this property and we were very happy with it. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed from Thursday to Thursday in July, house was good and very spacious with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and good to have tea and coffee biscuits available on arrival, the site had a swimming pool and tennis court and this was all included in our price of the holiday.
On-site pub was ok but £6 for a pint and between a meal is £15 on average.
On-site shop is well stocked and isn’t that expensive.
Things that could be improved on are below.
Outside of property could do with some maintenance as garden and path needed the weeds cleared.
Gutter needs cleaned also.
Property needs a place to dry clothes once washed.
Toilet roll holder on the bottom floor needs tightening as it’s about to fall off.
Loads of marks on the walls needs a fresh touch up.
All in all a great house and location for a family.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. The Resort are responsible for the pub and grounds/gutters so we will add that to our feedback to them. We will sort a clothes airer - there is a small one already but a bigger one would be good, and there's plenty of space in the bathroom to dry them.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Norman's Nook. Surprisingly spacious and the teenagers enjoyed having a bedroom each. Very clean and tastefully furnished by the owners. The site was busy but we didn't struggle with parking nearby. Would definitely stay again.
