First floor apartment with outstanding views of St Mawes bay, parking and a private garden.
Lovely place, lovely setting & lovely views, shame about the neighbours' dogs!

We were greeted most days by 2 little dogs aggressively barking at us at us every time we returned to the apartment as we came up the steps. The owners had no control over them. They also barked at everything that moved & went past the apartment!
Also we have never stayed in a holiday let that had carpet in the kitchen as well as the 2 bathrooms. That is very un hygienic especially when you think about spills & leakages etc...Do you vax wash after every holiday maker has stayed ?
Apart from that all good !

We had a wonderful stay in Upper Tresulian. The Kitchen had everything we needed, the Bedrooms were big enough, with a wonderful view from the Main Bedroom. The view from the Livingroom was just perfect. We loved to sitting there and watched the Ships passing by. There was a little bit of Noise, when Windows oder Doors are closed in the Apartment below. We had no Problems with the Steps up to the Apartment and it was a good Exercise to walk down to the Beach, Restaurants or Shops. The Street to the Apartment is very narrow, so it could be a little bit scary to drive there. The Owners are next door, very friendly and have two little dogs. We would certainly come back, if we plan to travel again to St.Mawes.
