Beautiful rooms but

On arrival we were only able to access one key. Katie from the cafe was wonderful going above and beyond to help us. After a period of time Katie was able to obtain the key for the second room. On arrival at our rooms, the rooms were not set up as asked (single beds) and were not opposite as I was told.
Katie came again to help us and was able to access the opposing room which did have the correct configuration.
After a long hot day we all wanted to access our rooms quickly and take showers but unfortunately we had to wait while the issues were dealt with. Such a shame as the rooms were lovely, particularly the bathroom with wet room.

Perfect location, great size room and bathroom, bed was so comfy too! Lovely 1 night stay and a very reasonable price.

The room sits above the kitchen .At 7.00am the extract fan starts and is very noisy as it vibrates through the wall. It certainly woke both of us up.
