Lovely comfortable and well equipped Lodge with toys and games for adults, children and dogs. It's in a good position, not too far from the beach and main facilities but still quiet and relaxing.
Could be even better if a small welcome pack was provided including dish cloth, washing up liquid and soap for short break customers who don't want to have to buy these for just a few days stay.

It is a beautiful lodge well equipped. I looked for comfortable chairs which we got
My two comments would be that the water in the Jack and Jill bathroom was scolding hot and difficult to adjust in the shower which could be dangerous especially for children using it.
The sleepers on the drive are really wearing and uneven quite difficult to walk especially when they are wet.
However we would book the lodge again we had a wonderful holiday.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry about the shower - the hot water in the lodge is kept at the legal minimum we have to set it. The sleepers have been reported to the land owner and we are delighted you had a great holiday and look forward to hosting you again soon!

Fabulous stay at badgers retreat, made even better by the amazing weather .

Lovely lodge with perfect decking area in the sun most of the day , just perfect

Would of been nice to have a few simple things provided ( that seem common place in most other self catering accommodation) spare loo roll , some kitchen paper, a spare pedal bin bag and maybe some foil to help keep the grill clean whilst cooking breakfast .

Would definitely return, cheers

Enjoyed our stay over New Year. Lovely property, facilities at the bay are great, meal at the pub was exceptional. Lovely property this place

We had a great stay the location is great near to shop / bar/ swimming pool the accommodations was very good needs more knives and forks could not of had a better stay and a great Christmas the log burner made it homely
