Arthurs Retreat is absolutely stunning, it has very clearly been refurbished and it looks amazing. Everything in the property is clean and comfortable. Very well positioned in the resort. The hosts have considered every need for their guests Will definately be making a return visit

Stay at life of Filey was great, well stocked kitchen, spotless, and enough room for 4 and the dog. We had to contact the owner for the WiFi code ( our error for not seeing it properly) and got an immediate response to help. We have stayed at the bay a few times and this time didn’t disappoint. Would book this house again.
Stayed at Wren Cottage again for the second time this Easter. Loved every minute of it. Will definitely return, infact we are booked again for New Year!
Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and maintained. Good Wi-Fi. Quick to sort out one minor issue that we had. A great base for travelling out to local area. Access to beach fairly close but was quite steep. Communication and access information was clear and easy to follow. We are planning to stay there again.
We had a great stay at the Sandpiper just before Easter. Everything was as seen in the pictures and the emails with all the info we needed were excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
We were moved into Ocean Retreat due to a problem with our original house and the otoperty exceeded our expectations. Anthony could not have been more helpful abd resolved any issues immediately. We would definitely book again as excellent value for money.
Wow! What an amazing property! The owners have immaculate taste in decor and have thought of everything that a guest could need whilst staying here. Downstairs has a large open plan living, kitchen diner, plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax and eat . The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, plenty of mugs, glasses, pots and pans etc . Was especially grateful for the washing machine and dryer! The heating is easy to control. The property has a georgeous staircase leading to beautiful big bedrooms each with its own ensuite! What a difference this made to our stay not having t...more

Had a lovely few days - the accommodation was great and had everything I needed. The site was lovely and peaceful and very well maintained.
We have stayed at The Bay on numerous occasions but this was one of our favourite properties. It was spotlessly clean and had very well equipped. Beds very comfortable although probably wouldn’t have used the top bunk in the spare room as quite high and a little unsteady. The weather was brilliant which was a bonus for mid February. Would definitely stay again
We visited Puddleduck Cottage for a few days over the Easter break and loved it! The cottage is very welcoming with lovely homely decor and very comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for a lovely beach walk into Filey with the dog. The Bay has great facilities, aswell as Filey within walking distance or by bus, so you don't need to drive anywhere. We will definitely be coming back!
We enjoyed our stay at Spoonbill Cottage. The property was very clean and well maintained and is ideally situated for walks into Filey.
Fantastic property in excellent location! Huge property with masses of space in every area. Great layout to accommodate every generation, from downstairs bedroom/bathroom, to spacious quiet bedrooms upstairs, meaning the little ones could sleep without being disturbed. Playing area outside for kids to play, with lovely sea view and local pub/shop and leisure facilities within a short walk. Extremely clean and well equipped. Excellent customer service with lots of detailed information and friendly communication. Highly recommend!
Fantastic well equipped apartment. Ideally based for long walks on the beach followed by a drink and a meal in The Bay Pub. Would definitely recommend the Piebald Inn in Hunmanby. We will be booking again!!
We had a wonderful time in Sunrise house with 3 generations. 3 young boys parents and grandparentsThe location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The king-size bedroom upstairs had brilliant views over the sea and cliffs. We would love to stay again but the cost was very high for us.
Well equipped very clean cottage in a quiet position of the bay with handy access to field/grassed area for dog. Cottage is very well maintained and comfortable, booking our next stay very soon!

The apartment was very nice, well equipped and very comfortable. The only very small fault was that the heating wasn’t quite set right so we found that because the weather was quite cold we found it a bit chilly. Having said that It was a lovely site very peaceful, and well cared for. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and look forward to returning in the future.
This is a lovely lodge overlooking a lake with the friendliest ducks around. A short and pleasant walk to the magnificent Filey beach Highly recommend the place and the lodge
We absolutely loved our stay at the Sandcastle! The property is beautiful, super clean and so spacious. We visited with two young children and having a travel cot, high chair and baby gates available was so helpful. It’s in the perfect location too, close to all of the amenities on site! Amazing communication from Anchor Holidays too before and after. We will definitely be back!

Generally, the house was lovely and it fitted the bill for us, we had a nice stay. Just a couple of things let it down: The shower in the en suite leaked all over the floor and is tiny. There is room for a bigger shower definitely, and the leaking meant the floor was saturated. Potential for a leak through to downstairs so this definitely needs addressing. Very warm upstairs, quite cool downstairs. Could do with it the other way around! We moved one of the sofas forward to watch tv and found a piece of broken crockery under it. Clearly it had not been cleaned underneath and it was easy...more

A family of 5 adults and 2 small children under 4. Upon arrival we were very impressed, a welcome pack, thank you...internal space and the amount of home from home items...they have thought of everything....location to amenities and the beach access. Would certainly book again. Customer service was helpful and informative.

East Bay cottage was large & comfortable. Would definitely return. Nice park, great position & good walk to the clean beach. Felt safe. There is a swimming pool (water was a bit too cold) pub & shop on site. Not far from Scarborough & other places to visit
We’ve been staying at The Bay for 11 years and this was our second time in one of Anthony’s properties. It didn’t disappoint. Lovely and warm and comfortable.
Ideal size for large family group. Comfortable and well resourced house. Good location for exploring the local area.

Lovely house, perfect for family of four plus a dog. Ten minutes walk from a beautiful beach, walked along the beach to Filey (~ 1 hour at a leisurely pace) where we had bacon butties and ice creams. Twenty minute car drive to Scarborough - crabbing and the best amusements ever (according to my husband ). Would definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay at Blue Anchor House. Very clean and comfortable for us to chill out it was great.
Brigg View and Britannia House We had an amazing time definitely will be looking to book again in the near future. Very central to get out and about good amenities and the kids loved the swimming pool. As are a large family so we actually stayed in Britannia house also where we gathered for our family meals. Both houses very spacious. and clean. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This holiday home was perfect, everything from its decor, comfort, cleanliness and facillities, we could not fault it at all. Thankyou to Anchor Bay Holidays for another fantastic break.
The Bay is a excellent location for a short break and this house is right in the centre and a easy short walk to all facilities and access to the beach. Nice house with everything you need and dealing with Anchor is always so easy. The only negative is the small room housing a bunk bed, we had two 10 year olds in there and they found it cramped and uncomfortable. I feel that this room would be better back as a single.
Nice place very ciean would go again. So quiet and relaxing visted all locall place not somany people about but great
Exceptionally well presented, fittings of highest standard. Perfect for four. Small living room. We enjoyed our time here -grandchildren used pool, arcade , tennis court. Played boules outside the cottage. Would definitely return to the bay and this cottage but if more than four of us we would book a 3 bed next time.
Had a lovely long weekend, clean and spacious. Had 2 properties booked this weekend and both perfect in every way, Highly recommended great base for all the east coast

The property is in a great location, is clean and well equipped. Slight grumbles; no welcome pack as advertised, had to empty dishwasher, no kids toys/games
We stayed from Friday to Monday with my elderly in-laws who have mobility issues the ramp up to the lodge made easy access for the wheelchair and the Walker.. the big walk in shower made showering a lot easier than a small cubicle. The only downside to the lodge is It has no individual parking outside like the ones around it so it made dropping off and picking up a little bit more awkward. but it didn’t spoil our weekend

We enjoyed our short stay at The Bay. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was before Easter and it was very quiet. We used the pool but nothing else as we used the location to visit places around us. The only issues were the roller blinds didn't work and as the bathroom window was next to the apartment block entrance we felt a little exposed when the lights were on. Also there was no leisure pass to be seen. Apart from that it was great
A large spacious and comfortable house. It fitted our needs for 8 adults, 3 infants perfectly. The proximity of the beach and a playground area at the back of the house were a bonus with young children. A couple of niggles. No dustpan and brush. A bin in each bedroom would be useful. No soap in bathrooms. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
