Lovley location the hotel next door pop in for drink are if you fancy not cooking the breakfast and meals are lovley also Tesco express,fish chip shop chicken takeaway and bakery all in few minutes the cottage was was few minutes walk to beach and bus stop right out side runs every half hr

I was visiting family in the local area and this apartment was a perfect base. It was easy to book and all correspondence was very clear and informative. The apartment is well furnished. It was very clean and very comfortable. There is easy parking and as a female travelling alone I felt very safe. I would recommend the apartment and the bay site in general to anyone looking for accommodation.
A lovely stay at The Bay Filey, the cottage (Tracey Island) was very clean modern and comfortable, its been well looked after, would definitely recommend, as there's plenty of places to visit in the area
We chose Pearl & Spice to accommodate 10 members of our family for a well deserved break as my partner hadn't seen his daughters and grandchildren for awhile . Each sleeps 5 so we thought these cottages would be ideal. and they did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning properties, although different layouts both were superb.Spotless and very well equipped . Our first time booking through Anchor Bay Holidays and really impressed. Apartment Laguz was on the top floor. Spacious, comfortable, good views. Great features - double oven/microwave, fridge, TV in lounge and main bedroom, lovely bathroom. Pet-free which is important for us. Super location for seafront/amusements as well as for town, and walks (we walked up to the North Bay and around by the castle, also along Marine Drive to Sealife Centre and Peasholm Park). The team could not have been more helpful in helping me to arrange a getaway for a large group . They accommodated my requests and kept me informed about arrival and what to expect. The accommodation was immaculate. A fabulous house and two beach houses that accommodated us all. Wonderful space outside for us to eat and for the children to play. Everything was spotless. Dudley's Retreat is a wonderful apartment on The Bay. We have stayed in a number of properties there and this is by far our favourite. Check in and pre-information was clear and concise. The attention to detail is excellent with all the cooking equipment you could need. It was super clean when we arrived and everything you need to keep it that way is in the apartment. All linen and bedding was great quality and the wifi is also excellent if anyone needed to work. This has genuinely been really well thought out for their guests and is a credit to the owners. Nice clean apartment & very quiet considering it was the main summer holidays & the site seemed busy. On entering the apartment there is a handy shoe rack with seating. Bed very comfortable & p!entry of storage in bedroom. Bathroom nice with lovely walk in shower. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There is no dryer and we didn't want the heating on as the weather was warm but the towels did dry fine on the airy. Excellent property this lovely beach house had everything you needed even enclosed decking which was really good for the dog she could be outside but not get out.lt was very clean and would certainly return to that property.

The Sandpiper at The Bay, Filey We had another amazing stay at The Sandpiper at The Bay, Filey. This was our third stay, and it remains our favourite place to stay! The accommodation had everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a real home from home. We particularly loved the en-suite walk-in shower, which was a lovely added touch. Everything was just as wonderful as always, and we really didn’t want to leave. We absolutely love The Sandpiper and can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommended!
The house was perfect. Location was good but I had thought we were right on the edge of Bridlington.(I can only walk short distances but not a problem for my daughter and grandson) . The house is really well equipped with very nice furniture,fixtures and fittings.Lovely to have a washing machine. Three loos ! Good internet access The hot tub just completed it for us. We had a really lovely family holiday.Thank you .
We really enjoyed our stay at The Puffin Pad. Clean, well equipped, very friendly owners, we felt we coukd contact them if necessary. Our only grumble was 2 family members rented houses on The Bay that were only very slightly more expensive than the flat but that wouldn't put us off renting it again. Many thanks for a great stay.
We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays
Only point I would make was the WiFi was poor so the TV kept freezing. Everything else about the apartment was fine.

This was a lovely stay, the apartment was perfect for us, very clean and plenty of parking. We've not got a dog but the whole site is very dog friendly and the beach is only a 10 min walk away... we loved the beach and the free swimming (bookable) was good too. Thank you

Very clean and tidy apartment, easy to follow instructions given to us through email and text. Everything in the apartment we needed. Because of the good weather we spent a few days on the beach.
Lovely holiday home in a great location for quiter family breaks, still with some ammenities such as a shared pool, tennis court, shop, pub etc. Fun for young children in the small on site arcade too. Paddy’s Corner is a spacious, modern property, light and bright. We really enjoyed our stay!

I booked this for my elderly aunt and uncle who were struggling to find somewhere to stay. It was exactly what they needed and more. They loved the gadgets but would have loved a guide book on how to use the oven, microwave and Ninja kettle. My uncle couldn’t sit on the sofa as it was too low for him so he had to sit in a hard backed chair. He is 86. They also found some damage on the inside of the wardrobe when they were packing up to go but no record of it , so they recorded it in a book anyway. But they had a lovely few days with us for my dad’s memorial.
We had a lovely stay just like been at home with all the appliances I have mobility issues however we found a chair for the shower which was a added bonus. Really peaceful stay and would definitely return thanks
Gingerbread Cottage is a comfortable 2 bed cottage in a great location, close to the beach. Filey is located around 2 miles away so for those who are able it's a lovely walk along the beach with either a costal walk or walk along the main road back (due to tide on a late afternoon). We didn't use the onsite amenities so cannot comment on those. The cottage had most things we needed at a good price although a welcome pack of a few bin bags and dishwasher tablets would have been useful (dont have one at home and not likely to buy a box to leave for other guests!). We recently spent a short break in Halcyon Days at The bay Filey. A very impressive property in a lovely location. Clean & comfortable and furnished to a high spec, the place had a homely feel. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.
A really lovely holiday home which was immaculately clean throughout. The village is a great holiday choice. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. We all had an amazing few days in the house. Games were available for children and a small area outside with benches for the children to play. Parking wasn’t a problem. Didn’t use the facilities or food areas. Beach is a short walk from the village. Great location. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a few days in a nice place. You will not be disappointed.
Family of four. This is a lovely, well maintained property, which was spotless on arrival. The living area is very spacious and comfortable, with the kitchen having everything you could possibly need. A particular bonus (with two teenage daughters) was two bathrooms (one en suite) meaning three toilets! There are three bedrooms meaning everyone can have there own space if needed. Located on a perfect central location near the facilities (although we didn't use them or the leisure pass we'd been left). Would happily recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.
We are thrilled with our stay at the wonderful property it fits in with our family share Christmas present. Booked again for this year. The Bay is a quiet non intrusive calm break away from all the hustles of life and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pet friendly makes it perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay in shell cottage with our 3 children . A well stocked comfortable home in a great location. There is so much to do in the surrounding area and the beach is just unrivalled. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials.
We’ve stayed in a few houses at The Bay, this was our first stay at Baileys beach house. The house was fab, modern, and it looked like it had been redone recently, the location was also great. The beds were sooooo comfy! The only issue we had was the sofa, we love a comfy corner sofa to watch TV and chill. It looked fab on the photos but in reality, it was covered in covers which kept coming off and they were hard to fit back on, inbetween the sofa cushions my daughter found a few used plasters which wasn’t very nice. Beautifully maintained and equipped first floor apartment with plenty of parking spaces on the doorstep. Granddaughter was most impressed with the size of the television screen. Definitely didn't need my glasses on. Well equiped kitchen which meant we didn't miss anything from home. The on site shop supplies essentials but don't rely on it for fresh fruit and vegetables. We had fun creating memories. We loved the walk across the beach to share our bucket full of ice cream at The Beach Cafe. . It was very good, except the maintenance wasn’t up to date. There were two bulbs out in the kitchen, carbon monoxide alarm needed changing. Not enough knives and forks initially. Everything else was clean and fully functional.
Property was very comfortable and well equipped with patio doors onto the terrace which was great in the the nice weather. The Bay is a short walk from a sweeping beach which is ideal for walking into Filey. Good communication with owner and clear instructions received in advance.
We've stayed in many cottages at the bay over the last 5 years and are never disappointed. Home from home quality. I wrote a couple of repairs needed in the comments book only to help the next person to have a comfortable stay.
The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had up to date appliances and furniture. Could do with a little table and lamp in the smaller bedroom between the beds. It’s located near enough to the facilities but tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.
We first stayed here just over twelve months ago, a family party of nine guests. Great location, and parking. The beach is a mile away, a consideration if you have lots of clobber to take with you, but a leisurely stroll gets you there. With Hunmanby just across the main road, there are several places to eat, and would recommend all of them, particularly the Piebald Inn (52 different pies!). Further afield obviously Filey itself, good beach and amenities plus Filey Brigg to explore. We have just returned from staying at Maris Cottage We stayed Monday-Friday and had a lovely time! The Cottage is lovely Clean Comfortable! We took our elderly parents who can’t climb stairs! But there’s a double downstairs bedroom with a toilet and sink across from the bedroom so no problem for them. The seating outside is new and we had lovely weather so used it a lot ! We had to get in touch with Anthony about the tv ! We couldn’t get it on ! but Anthony was on the phone straight away to explain how to use it ! We had a perfect stay at Walker’s Way. The accommodation had everything we needed. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of crockery. The TV was a perfect size and the living area was very comfortable. We have stayed at The Bay about 5 times now and this was by far the best accommodation that we have stayed in.

Everything was as expected, clean and airy. Almost everything you need. Beds comfortable and spacious shower room. Would have liked a couple of items there such as basic condiments, 1 j cloth or sponge to start. Also egg cups! Overall would recommend and return but need to replace key box as difficult and temperamental
Kibble tree is a lovely little cottage not too far from sewerby. Very peaceful and with everything you need for a stay.
Could do with a deep clean then some tlc every week. The outside needs a good clean too. Dirty windows and spiders webs. One of the beds was a bit soft and also if you sneeze the bed creaks really loud or if you turn over the head board bangs on the wall.
We had been planning to visit for years to the Bay and now wish we had visited sooner. A fantastic base and house with no complaints. The unexpected addition of Wii and board games was a bonus and this should be advertised more as it was great family fun. For a long weekend family break we would 100% recommend. Also explore Flamborough Lighthouse and Selwicks Bay - one of the most beautiful places in the UK we have seen.
Lovely cottage and superb location with a pub, swimming pool/gym, chemist and ‘village’ store a short walk away. Access to the beach is also just a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The cottage itself is well furnished and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. We are return visitors to Snowdrop cottage and will definitely be coming back again.
Plenty of communication by text and e mail before our arrival. First impression on arrival was that the village and house were perfect. Immaculately maintained grounds. House was immaculate and spotlessly clean. It was a proper house, modern, well equipped, well laid out and with spacious rooms. The whole site felt very safe and it was very quiet. Well worth a visit
We recently had a lovely stay with our toddler grandaughter. Great, clear communications from the owners. The cottage was clean and very well equiped with everything you could need. Even had children's cutlery, plates, high chair and stair gate. Good size living area and spacious bedrooms with plenty room for the travel cot. Grassed area out the back bi fold doors for the little one to safely run around on. Easy walk to the leisure facilities, pub, shop etc, and short walk to the beach path. Ww enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Some of the crockery in the kitchen was well used, especially dinner plates and could benefit from being replaced.
Clean well presented cottage, good location on site, Helpful having parking space at the side of the cottage. Just a couple of suggestions It would have been helpful to have a tidy dry for swimming costumes as no where to hang them. A few more mugs would be good as there were 6 of us we had to keep washing mugs. overall would certainly recommend the cottage.
We stayed here as a family of 4 adults and 3 children the youngest was 18months old, and 2 dogs. A travel cot was provided so we only needed cot bedding which helped with space in the car. We hired the hot tub Monday to Friday which was also great fun for the children when we’d been out for the day The rooms were all comfortable and clean, 2 bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The property is in a great location with sea view and balcony which made it extra special. There is a lovely large grass area behind the property and also only a short walk to the pub/shop and beach access. There was ample seating inside the property in the lounge and dining area and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a washer dryer and dishwasher. The outside furniture was a little worn with being next to the sea and could do with replacing. Good space indoors and outdoors. Beds clean, good linen, towels good. Parking good. However, general cleanliness lacking, floors dirty and unmapped. Rug under coffee table and dining room , unhoovered and grubby. Dining room table had food remanents and sticky as had coffee table. Felt we left the rental cleaner than we found it.
Had a lovely few days at Seakisses, the cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed. Just a couple of things we found lacking, the absence of an information pack regarding the facilities on site & a map of The Bay itself. The Bay is a really nice place as a Base but there's not much there for children.
The Lodge was very nice overlooking a lake and we could watch the ducks etc.The distance to the Leisure Centre was a little walk but we liked the quietness of the Lodge. We did walk to the beach but it is a hike back up the hill if not very mobile. We did go to the pub on site but the waiting time for food was too long for us as we had 2hungry children so didn’t go back. We did the park and ride near Filey for our visit to Scarborough which I would recommend. We would visit again but maybe on our own without Grandchildren in quieter months.
Had 4 nights stay at Casa Crusoe, lovely accommodation. Great location, spotlessly clean. This is our second stay, would highly recommend.Will definitely be booking again.

Disappointed with cleanliness in living area and kitchen. Very dusty. Felt like it needed a thorough clean and polish. Would benefit from new place mats and coasters as these were stained. Table was chipped and might look better with a tablecloth. Opening the doors was difficult as the key stuck and the cover kept separating from the base. Used hand towels were still in the property and no bin liners were in any of the bins. Plunger behind bathroom tap not working.
