3 stars for cleanliness as there were dogs hairs all over the carpet, tv in the bedroom needs upgrading to smart tv, not much room to manoeuvre in the bedroom as the bed is so big, vacuum hasn't got much suction, other than the issues we really enjoyed our stay, also the weather was lovely.

We apologise for the minor issues but note you didn't take advantage of our 24/7 line as we would have popped you a fire stick so you could watch tv smartly in the bedroom and dropped you a new vac off. Please do contact us when you need things rather than after you leave via a review.

It was the first time that we have stayed at this apartment at the Bay the accommodation had everything we needed and it is a nice complex the only issue that we had was being upstairs with our dog it would have been better to have been on the ground floor but overall we couldn't fault it
