Disappointed with cleanliness in living area and kitchen. Very dusty. Felt like it needed a thorough clean and polish. Would benefit from new place mats and coasters as these were stained. Table was chipped and might look better with a tablecloth.
Opening the doors was difficult as the key stuck and the cover kept separating from the base.
Used hand towels were still in the property and no bin liners were in any of the bins. Plunger behind bathroom tap not working.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry you encountered issues during your stay. We do ask that you report any and all issues to us whilst you are there and we have onsite award winning team members who would have come and remedied all issues within 30 minutes for you. We will replace the items you have mentioned and will address the issues with the cleaners. The bathroom tap had clear instructions in the guidebook for you stating that this is a push down / up plug and the plunger doesn't operate.
