We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a lovely week. The house was very comfortable a real home from home although being a semi detached in the middle of a new housing estate does make you very conscious of the neighbours and we worried if the children were a little loud. We paid extra for the hot tub which was a perfect size for 6. We used it very day and really enjoyed it but would have liked it to be heated to a bit higher temperature.. The location was good, you can walk into the town in about 20 minutes. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend and return.

Took our grandchildren for a few days and they loved it, property was very clean and well maintained.

There is a hottub but be mindfully you have to pay an extra £150, it was all setup for us just to remove the cover and our grandchildren really enjoyed it.

There's 3 bedrooms with the main one has unsuited which was good plus a separate bathroom with overhead shower, also a separate toilet down stairs.

The location is about 10mins drive into bridlington so not far, we were out everyday so didn't sample any takeaways etc as we eat where we were.

All in all we enjoyed the few days away and would recommend staying here

Can’t believe that this is a holiday rental. It is the best one we have stayed in the decor and fittings from furniture to beds kitchen appliances three toilets two bathrooms you would not get better accommodation in a four star hotel there wasn’t anything that the owner hadn’t thought about. Outside the hot tub was clean the garden lovely nice seating with umbrella for hot days a bar be cue for disposables there wasn’t one thing I could find fault with and I just hope that people will treat this property with respect as you won’t find a better one anywhere.

The location was good five minutes in the car to Supermarket, the Lobster Pot Pub in walking distance can fully recommend short drive to South Beach.

Would definitely stay again.

The house is homely and clean, well decorated and has everything you need, the location is great, its peaceful so your able to relax. the customer service is spot on too the most easiest holiday I've booked.

We had a wonderful time myself&my hubby and our 3 children and our labradoodle From the moment of booking right to the very end of our stay the customer service was brilliant. We were kept informed of everything we needed to know. The house was spotless and plenty of room for us all to have a relaxing holiday, well equipped with everything we needed, the air fryer was great and the large fridge freezer so good for families. Hot tub was great we had a lovely relaxing holiday and we loved having the park&ride only a few minutes drive away £6 return for parking and a land train or bus into Brid town centre for 5 of us and our dog fantastic. Thank you so much Anchor bay Holidays we will definitely be back. We wish you every success for the future.
