Arrived to my first property to find that it was un suitable to stay in , I emailed the company and straight away I received a call from Anthony who offered me a new property immediately Blue Anchor House, it was lovely , very spacious all on one level and what impressed me the most was three very good sized ensuites , which was perfect as my family were coming to stay with me.

There was everything you could possibly need available and the kitchen had more than it required, only issue I had was there was no cupboard space to put our food essentials and as we were staying a few days and we had children, we had to move a few things round so we could have a designated place to store our dry foods. Each bedroom has patio doors with seating right outside and even in March with the weather unpredictable they got used as the sun shone for us.

The position was perfect for us right next door to the amenities and overlooking the park which my granddaughter got the best use of every day until Dark ! .

We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely look to stay in this one again, perfect for family and not being on top of each other and also for anyone who has to use a wheel chair, there is easy access to the property and easy to navigate round. Massive thank you to Anthony for everything he did for us , even bringing us a leisure pass when he was off duty, it was very much appreciated how helpful you were .

Booked for the first time 3 nights away with Anchor Bay Holidays and stayed at Blue Anchor House. From the start the service was excellent with being kept up to date with everything via email with comprehensive details of everything to do with the house, village and area. When arriving the property was exactly as expected, clean, tidy and comfortable with fresh bedding and towels and everything you would need. As it was New Year we took some logs and it was lovely having the log burner through the days and evening. The property was great, 3 separate bedrooms all with ensuite and a large communal, open plan, kitchen, dining living room. Wifi good and smart TV has most things that you can watch. All in all a great few days

We stayed twice in the same week with ABH absolutely fantastic service Anthony was so helpful fantastic cabin location was brilliant in the bay we will definitely return to the bay and stay with ABH again we have stayed on the bay many times but this was the easiest booking that we have made at The Bay

We took our parents for a holiday and the 6 of us enjoyed the stay. They both use wheelchairs and we had plenty of space.
The kitchen was well equipped for our use.
We visited Filey and Bridlington and managed fantastic sunny weather.

Massive palce def my fav on the bay, very clean and large , some reviews moan about the pub prices but they are not bad at all for a holiday village pub and the food is amazing !

Perfect location.
We drove to Hummanby gap beach (5min away parking £1 hour or £5 all day) as we had a toddler with us and it was very hot. Walk to the beach from the property about 10mins.
Village is close to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough all within a 30min drive or less. Ate at the pub and whilst a little expensive the food and service is excellent. Pub, shop, pool, chemists, tennis court and play area all with 3 min walk from property.
The Dinning Chair joints were loose on arrival we reported it and they were sorted straight away, what excellent and efficient service. I believe the properties are hired out as short term let's eg more towards weekend or midweek breaks similar to centre parks. I think this is disappointing as it makes them very expensive if you wish to book for a week or longer, good for the owners but not the customer. The bay village itself is immaculately maintained and very picturesque.

Had an amazing stay at blue anchor house with our family . It was comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout. We had everything we needed for a lovely break . The position was fantastic aswell , close to all amenities. The break was brilliant from booking to leaving . I would not hesitate to going back to blue anchor house or to recommend to friends and family
