There was 4 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely weekend at Dragonfly Cottage. It is situated on the first road as you enter the site. It has great size bedrooms with 2 double and twin bedrooms also bunk beds with a single. All Very clean. The kitchen is a good size with two fridges. Which is very handy. The lounge is probably the only thing I would say is slightly small for the furniture but the three settee's are needed for the amount of people it sleeps. We loved the position as we didn’t lose the sun at all with it being an end house and had plenty of outdoor space. The owner was in touch throughout. I can highly recommend this house.

Lucked out with the weather and enjoyed a week of glorious sunshine. Great space outside the cottage for relaxing and for the kids to play. Well equipped cottage. Only downside was the lack of plastic and card recycling so had to take it all home

We stayed as a group of 8, two families. Great location on a quiet park with plenty of green space for football etc. House was well equipped and very clean. Agent communicated well and was responsive if needed

Grandparents, parents, auntie and children had all their needs met at Dragonfly Cottage. The Cottage was well equipped for self catering. The lounge area was lovely for gatherings to watch the football or play games. The position was quiet. On site facilities were a 10 minute walk, down to the beach 15 minutes. Altogether perfect for us and we would definitely like to return.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. We reported an issue with the oven which was dealt with very quickly. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty crockery glasses cups etc. We would definitely like to make a return visit

Very comfortable house that was well laid out. Good room for 8 people plus dog. Close to Meadows to walk dog. Easy walk to Hunmanby Gap & Filey

We had a fantastic family holiday. The house was spacious enough to accommodate two families. The house was clean and ready early so we could unpack and explore the area. The land to the side of the house was great for the children to play games. The outside furniture was good - it was a bit of a shame that there wasn’t any room for it at the front as this got the evening sunshine. The house was well equipped with utensils and crockery. The complex facilities were well kept and dog friendly. The booking system was easy and the communication was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyably holiday.

Cleanliness could have been improved, thick dust and dirt on the skirting boards and around the shower. Flies were a major issue but nothing in the cottage to kill them off.

Fantastic accommodation, great time had by all the family.
Great facilities available on the resort, catered for all ages of our party, dog friendly.
Lovely welcome pack on arrival, will definitely be returning.

We stayed for a weekend family break. The house was large, clean and comfortable. The location was good for children with a large field to the side for them to play on. The customer service was excellent. We will be going again.

Cottage was immaculately clean and decorated in a lovely beach theme. Great size for a family of 9, very handy to have 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were good sizes. Location was great, we could walk to the leisure facilities and beach within 5-10mins. The beach is stunning, and had the British weather been more kind we would have spent everyday there! We will definitely be back for another visit.
