The property was clean and well presented, we couldn’t think of anything more that could have been in the lodge. In a nice quiet position but close enough to all amenities.

We would visit again short break close to home, nicely furnished and coordinated, everything there we could possibly need in the lodge

Puffin Lodge was well presented on arrival, the lodge was spotlessly clean and the welcome boxes were a really nice touch. Quality of all of the provided items was really high and within hours it felt like a home from home. Beds were super comfy and all rooms had a quality feel, tv's in each bedroom are also a really nice extra. The site is well maintained and quiet and the facilities were exactly as described, swimming pool was well staffed and clean, lockers were readily available and life guards present throughout. The site is in an ideal location to visit Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey and Whitby and we will definatley be returning. I would recommend 100%, you really won't be disappointed.

The only drawback with The bay was the pub/restaurant. I appreciate it was early in the holiday season but the pub did not serve food at certain times and when we did get some it was not very good. I must say the shop was well stocked.

Puffin Lodge is a well furnished and maintained lodge. Great location - short walk to the on site restaurant, and then onto Filey Bay beach for paddling). Kitchen had everything we needed, not that we cooked much! Dishwasher and washer dryer very useful. Great communication from booking organisation with very detailed information, and notifications as needed throughout the stay, and great customer service on a couple of queries I had.

We had a great break in this lovely property. It is very well equipped and the site was very quiet even though there were plenty of people around. There was also plenty os parking.

Another great stay with Anchor holidays at the Bay.Everything was very good the only fault we found was dog owners allowing their pets to wander around off lead . This problem is no fault of Anchor holidays but could be addressed by the site owners.

We’ve stayed many times at the Bay so knew what to expect of the site. The Puffin Lodge did not disappoint, very clean and with all the amenities you would need for your stay. The WiFi did not let us down so that helped keep our 2 young children happy of an evening . Would stay again and would book with Anchor Bay again.

Very good holiday would come again. Was not keen on the wood car park was very slippery and my wife is not steady on her feet. But we had a good stay.
