The stay in sea renity was great every thing you needed Was there but the dish washer was full of dishes and we had no welcome pack but that did not spoil are stay .but when we went to John Paul pub they have changed we’re you can sit with your dog in stead of sitting at the back of the restaurant you are sat in a small corner near the bar and kitchen make it not a nice relaxing experience which was part of the holiday instead it made you not want to be there also all the tables have a reserved sigh on them so this makes you think there is no we’re to sit we went in at 4oclock to see all tables are reserved so we asked if there was a table to sit at we were told you can sit here till 6pm so I asked why reserve the table two hours before could not say why .so if people come in and see this they are walking back out we did see a few do this so this is going to effect profit and how people spend there stay it would make more sense to have the dogs at the back of the pub and not were the food is cooked and also it works better .this will not stop us coming to the bay as it is are very happy place and we love it .

Thank you for your lovely review - we are delighted you had a great holiday. The guests before you hadn't put the dishwasher on so the cleaners did this so you had clean dishes for your early arrival. We also ran out of welcome packs - if you had given us a shout we would have dropped you a xmas pack up ......... apologies . We will pass the comments about the pub to away resorts - as you know we dont operate the pub and we look forward to welcoming you back to your happy place!

This was our 2nd stay in 2 months. The lodge is immaculately presented with everything you need provided and spotlessly clean. Anthony at Anchor Bay Holidays provides an excellent service all the way through from booking to departing with emails and texts informing of everything you would need. It’s definitely 5 stars.

Sea-Renity is an immaculate beach house in a very peaceful location at The Bay Filey. It is in a perfect location for families with children due to the grassed area in front of the lodges where it is very safe for children to play. Sea-Renity was spotlessly clean and had everything included to make the stay perfect. There is also a good selection of board games etc included for the young guests too. I must also mention Anchor Bay Holidays for the smooth and very informative booking procedure and their follow up emails and texts along the way.

The lodge was clean and comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay, despite the weather!! It would have been a nice touch however to have had a welcome pack, especially with a later arrival. Also there were no cleaning sprays in the cupboards under the sink. We’ve always enjoyed our visits to the Bay having stayed in various accommodations.

Thank you for your review - it means a lot to us. We do clearly state in the arrival information that a welcome pack is subject to availability and had you let us know we would have dropped one off. It also clearly states we are NOT allowed to leave cleaning products for health and safety reasons and you are to bring your own - the vast majority of guests respect that and we apologise you didn't see this in the arrival information. We look forward to welcoming you again very soon!

This is the second time I've stayed at the bay and it certainly won't be my last. I booked for 24 of us and dogs in 5 chalets close to John Paul and the beach. Everybody really enjoyed their stay and said they would be back.
If there was room for another pub/restaurant on the Bay I think it would be a great hit as it would be nice to go to another venue/sport bar etc to save going into town and offer a little more choice.
Not a complaint just a thought.

Booked at the last minute to enable us to take our grandchild away for the half term holiday. Superb, well appointed accommodation which had everything you could need even down to the games left in the cupboard which occupied him for hours.
It was really home from home with the quality we are used to .. a lovely en suite bathroom and a log burning stove.
Situated in a quiet location with plenty of accessible parking thank you we will come again.

We had a lovely stay at Sea-Renity although to be fair the weather was kind too us. The accomodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The sight is in a perfect location and is very clean, we didn't use the facility's available on sight other than the pub which we found to be expensive for the quality of food we had. We would definitely book again.

We stayed for 3 nights in total, 3 adults, 1 child and 1 pugapoo! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sea Renity. There was ample space and the outside deck area was lovely. The short walk to the beach was great, although the hill back from the beach is a killer on the legs. We had a quick drink in the pub and visited the shop several times which was well stocked. The big Tesco is only a 5 minute drive from the bay which is super handy. We would all recommend staying at The Bay again. The beach is dog friendly and we all enjoyed spending time there and walking up into Filey.

We stayed for two nights the ease of booking for it was fantastic. When we arrived the location is fantastic lovely and quiet, Sea-renity is a lovely little place there was one or two minor issues such as bulbs out and struggled to open the patio door (needed a good push) other than that what a brilliant break we had and will be rebooking in the future

This is a lovely property in a great position within the Bay Resort. It has large glass patio doors which makes it feel like you’re outdoors even in the worst of weather. It was modern, clean and nicely done out. A real seaside feel!! The log burner kept us warm and cosy despite the fact we had snow! Beds comfortable and two en-suites a bonus. We were more than happy with our choice and would definately stay again. Used the leisure facilities which we enjoyed.
Only minor negatives; the frying pans weren’t great, there weren't any Pyrex cooking dishes, no prosecco glasses and no cleaning products (which would have been useful)! No big issues.

Absolutely loved Sea-Renity. Ideal for my family of 4 and included everything we could possibly need including a washer and a dishwasher. It was clean and comfortable. The log burner was lovely after a walk on the beach. Already looking at our next stay. 10/10 from us.

Comfort: an extra blanket or throw would have been nice for the evenings.
Cleanliness: the grouting in the main bathroom needed a good scrub
