Whilst this was not the property we booked,we were very happy with the house,lovely position,clean and comfortable.
Everything we could need was available.
Our only disappointment really is the late check in.especially in the winter months these late check in times meant we are left waiting all day to get into the property it is practically night ,the cleaners were late,they said it was because the previous people had left the property quite dirty,but they didn’t actually start to clean the property while after two. We paid for Friday to Monday,yet we can’t can not use the property for nearly all of Friday and very little of Monday,perhaps if more cleaners were employed,these problems would be gone.
We are told we could use all the facilities on site,but surely we have to access the property to gain the passes to gain entry to swimming etc.

Hi Lynn Thanks for taking the time to do a review and for your comments about the house. I should point out that you arrived 4 hours early and didn't inform us - we would have moved teams round to accommodate your early arrival but you chose not to. In addition you didn't contact us about leaving late on the Monday and we would have accommodated that for you free of charge. Not once did you contact us and we do say in the adverts a stated time of 4pm in and 10am out but we will flex this IF you contact us. Having a pm time of 4pm and an out time of 2pm is standard allowing the cleaners to clean the property. It simply isn't possible to clean if guests arrive 4 hours early like you chose to do. I should also point out that we say in ALL the emails which I note you read we give instructions so you CAN access the property to get the leisure pass and I cannot understand why you didn't when you arrived so early.

The property was in good condition on arrival, and well equipped. The support team was very responsive when the internet went down. Great customer service overall. Would come again.

Our group of 7 friends have stayed at Sunrise View several years ago. We love the location and the spaciousness of the house. We have a friend who uses a wheelchair and the house is accessible for her.
We were disappointed though with the standard of cleanliness this time. The windows, oven and utensils needed a good clean.
The house looked tired this time but the location is still its most outstanding feature.

Spacious, well appointed accommodation. Great position on the site with ample open spaces and great views.
Clean and well presented, upon arrival.
The loose covers on the chairs, rather let the accommodation down, ill fitting, and unattractive.
Kitchen well appointed, everything worked, and easy to use.

Sunrise view is a very spacious property that is very well equipped, with plenty of kitchen items, books, board games and beach accessories. It also caters well for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cot and kids toys. The location is excellent with an easy access to the beach and stunning views over Filey. My only criticism is that the downstairs double bedroom needs a new mattress as it is very uncomfortable and worn, I strongly recommend this be replaced. Everything else was great. We loved staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Sunrise house with 3 generations. 3 young boys parents and grandparentsThe location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The king-size bedroom upstairs had brilliant views over the sea and cliffs. We would love to stay again but the cost was very high for us.

Had a fantastic stay at sunrise view. The house and its location is perfect. Anthony was very helpful and managed to get us in at the last minute.
