We had a wonderful stay at trinity house. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby coastline.
We enjoyed the pub and restaurant.
The single beds are caravan sized so they weren’t much good to my teenager and the master bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
My friends were a few doors away and their mattress was lovely so it’s probably pot luck.
I would go definitely go to the Bay again but I’d choose a larger unit with full sized single beds and hopefully a comfortable mattress

Three visits to The Bay with Anchor Bay Holidays in a year what more can you say ? An excellent business to deal with and accommodation to suit every requirement. A very comfortable beach house with everything you could need.We enjoyed the double parking area on the front of the property and the walk in shower and the use of a washer/dryer was appreciated. A minor comment is that the cleaning was not quite up to speed, probably a product of the necessary quick turnarounds needed in the Summer months. We hope to see you again soon thank you x

We had a good stay at trinity house .I would recommend it to any friends & family it's a good base to get around the east coast .We will be back next season

We stayed in Trinity House for 4 nights. Communication upon booking was brilliant. Received very helpful emails. The property is lovely. On a corner plot. Very peaceful. We were a family of 4 adults and found it very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, we even did some washing. The only one problem we found was the en suite shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain very well so the bathroom ended up very wet. The house is in a great location for walks to the pub/shop etc. I would definitely stay in Trinity House again.

Short distance from the beach good standard of accommodation nice pub great food. The property I stayed in was pet friendly this allowed me to take my best mate.

Just had a lovely 4 night break here, as 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs, and would recommend the property.
The location and the site is great, having use of the park facilities and the activities is a real bonus. Easy walk to the beach which wasn't too busy, the site pool was clean and our daughter did some of the park activities which she enjoyed.
The parking is great, and being on the end it feels you have more space than the neighbours chalets.
The property itself was perfect for us, nice size with good use of it, and very comfortable. It's nicely decorated, good facilities and the entertainment set up / WiFi speed was really good. The water pressure was amazing so having a good shower was lovely!
We did have a few issues, so unfortunately couldn't give it a 5.
The cleaning wasn't great, the floor wasn't exactly clean (seemed like it had just been swept over rather than cleaned properly) and it was very dusty in places. The dining table was a bit sticky, even after I cleaned it, which was a bit weird. We did seem to get a few flies which seemed to be coming through the panelling in the bathroom ceiling.
Some of the slats in the double bed weren't attached, and fell through it twice! All of the beds were really comfy, the linens clean and fresh, and the towels were ok. The bathroom lights are motion activated and the main one kept going off very quickly so you ended up in the dark waving around, lol.
The property itself is really nice though, the fan was great for the hot weather and being able to open up the doors at the end to let the lovely weather in was good. We would recommend the property though, would definitely check to see if it was available next time we are in the area, and would book if the cost was suitable.
Booking and communication with Anchor Bay was really easy, would definitely book through them again. I book self catering accommodation for my job, I deal with a lot of companies that do this on a daily basis, and have to say their communication, friendliness and helpfulness was fantastic.

Thank you for your lovely review - we are delighted you had a great holiday....... we would like to address a couple of points - the dining table is the varnish which is now being sanded down and re-sealed. The Bay is on former agricultural land - the flies can be a problem on the east coast on occasion and these are not unique to this property sadly. The top of the cupboards was very dusty we put a
shopping bag on the top when we got it down it was very dusty. The sink in the double bedroom very slow going down when you used it

Trinity House is a lovely beach lodge, close to all the facilities. We had a lovely time and it had everything we needed.
Great customer service aswell, I'd left my bag and the owner took it home with him for my friend to collect.
Would definitely stay again

The property was in an excellent location, it was very quiet it's what we like. The beachhouse was quite overlooked at two sides by other beachhouses but not a problem.

Trinity House worked so well for both myself and my very frail Mother. Two beds and two baths was perfect for us.
Challenging about the tar seeping from the rail sleepers drive. Tip-toeing about to miss the tar was difficult as my Mother cannot walk well. Fortunately we had taken slippers to wear inside the property.
No d/w tabs so we left some. No kitchen towel to dry hands on - we had taken our own. Needs a spare cupboard in the kitchen area to put food in. Flies were an issue. Too easy to bump leg on corner of double bed as tight squeeze with en-suite door and getting to wardrobe. Main bedroom blind beaded pull chain kept coming apart every time you raised the blind. Easy enough to put back together though.
That is just the nit-picky bits as you had asked for feedback. Overall we loved it and had a great time there.

Got flies mini break and we can’t wait to return.
I travel with my mam and dad who don’t have good mobility so accommodation all on one level is great. Just some points to improve, more plates in the kitchen. The DVD didn’t work or connect to TV.
Sofa and beds were comfy and we enjoyed our holiday

Lovely accommodation and the bay is a lovely place for a break so near the beach and restaurant and shop on site. The pool was lovely and all the staff on site were so friendly and helpful will definitely book again.
