We found this lovely place when we were searching for something out of the main tourist areas. Boy, did we hit the jack-pot! This place is beautiful and quiet, so we were able to really rest after each day trip. Since this flat is just below the owner, we didn't have to ever worry about noisy neighbors! Plus that, it's close enough to drive to many places for day trips, including Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and St. Andrews. We visited many castles that were all an hour or less away! We chose to stay at the Farmhouse on Solsgirth Farm for my 50th birthday with family - 6 adults and 3 children aged 10 and above. The Farmhouse far exceeded our expectations and we were blown away by the facilities available and the positive interactive welcome and continual welcoming throughout our weekend stay.
