Stylish apartment, short drive away from Cartmel for plenty of nice places to eat. Close enough to the southern fells to explore. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Iron Works! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, beautifully presented and so clean. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had such a lovely time and couldn’t fault anything. We would definitely stay at Iron Works again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great time staying at Tarn & Fell in Backbarrow. The property was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the river. It accurately reflected the impression I had prior to booking. There was ample parking and lots to do!

The Apartment was lovely...Very clean tidy & well set out with comfortable furniture & bed.
We felt the Location was also good for getting around villages in South Lakes.
We will return in the future, as we liked it a lot !
