Drawing on the farm’s dairy history, Bwthyn Rhosyn forms the end of a barn conversion. It has a well equipped kitchen and cosy cast-iron stove to keep you warm. Perfect for a family of four, loved by little toddlers and great for couples too.

Cottage was exceptionally clean and well laid out with information on local activities in abundance. There are many walks included in welcome packs that are great to take advantage of as well as ones for further a field. It is a great base for local Zip World centres and Betws-y-Coed whilst still being secluded for a peaceful getaway at start and end of day. Cottage contains everything needed for a self-cattering getaway and the hosts are welcoming and thoughtful in the fact they contacted on New Years Eve night to advise on contingency as river had burst it banks preventing front access which made us less anxious about the worry to getaway on an early start the next day. 10/10 stay and would return if ever in the area again.

This cottage complex consists of three semi detached 2 bedroom cottages each sleeps 4 (double and twin room).
And an extra detached 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 2.. the main farm house is the home of Daniel and Paul who I believe have owned and run the complex for ten years. It's set on the side of a valley at the food of the woods looking out across sheep pasture. The cottages have been designed and renovated perfectly in my opinion.. clean practical simple with some homely touches. With ample parking for two cars per cottage including EV charging ,- you're covered. Location wise you are very close to Betws y coed age Conway falls with all the main Snowdonia attractions within 30-45 min drive including beaches to the north and west. Loads of decent cafes, pubs and shops locally... With a fantastic wine shop and co-op in Llanwyst (15 min away).
I really enjoyed just spending quiet time on the balcony veranda looking out across the valley ... Other family members did local walks. Normally on these holidays I tend to eat out but infact I ate every meal at the cottage (which says it all)... Lastly it's very rare these days to find places where people have let their dogs sleep on beds and furniture.. so I very much welcomed their no dogs policy due to sheep and lamb proximity. Daniel and Paul were very accommodating and helpful but allow guests their space during there stay. All in all a great peaceful stay ... Just what I needed ... I will go back

I have had holidays in these cottages for about 18 years. Through the previous owner through to the current owners. Always clean and comfortable. Feels like your so out in the country side but only 3 miles from the lovely Betsw y coed and so easy to get to so many places of interest from the cottage.

We booked with 3 days notice and found a fabulous, clean and welcoming cottage. We’ve stayed at a few cottages over the last few years and this one was far the best we’ve stayed at. Everything we needed for a great break away. A very well equipped kitchen, freeview and comfy sofas.

A great location too. Would definitely recommend.

This cottage is ideal for those who want a quiet place set in the most glorious countryside. Just the right size and very clean, the cottage has all the amenities you could need and it's only a very short drive into Betwys - y - Coed. A great spot to explore and plenty of places to see. We loved Bodnant Gardens and Gwydir Castle. Thank you Daniel and Paul for a really lovely stay

Peaceful, rural location and very beautiful. Towns in easy reach by car, nearest village (Penmachno) idyllic but pub only open limited time and not while we there. Daniel and Paul were excellent hosts.

Most amazing cottages with incedible outlook over the valley.
Ideal quiet location, but within walking distance of village, shop & pub and great location to drive to all the great Eryri (Sowndonia) towns, mountains and attractions.
Also wonderfully thoughtful hosts who make sure you have everything you need for your stay.
