Stayed in The Old Barn for 4 days with family and grandchildren. Lovely welcoming gift of wine and chocolates along with fresh eggs. The accommodation was outstanding, spacious rooms all bedrooms with en-suite. We used all the facilities, swimming pool was fabulous as was the gym and playroom. Emily was such a lovely host, very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I have already recommended to family and friends as I think this set up is a true gem.
Absolutely perfect break couldn’t fault a thing.

We booked The Old Barn for a family birthday, 3 generations. The accommodation was faultless, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and lounge areas. The swimming pool and gym were also very good, the games room was well equipped but was in need of a clean (lots of spider webs). Overall, I would definitely recommend and hope to revisit

We booked the accommodation as the online photos looked amazing. Weren’t disappointed when we arrived. The Old barn was even better than we hoped. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and loads of space for both families in the living areas and kitchen.
The onsite pool and tennis were amazing. Really made the holiday for the kids and adults.
There is no pubs or restaurants within walking distance but we knew this prior to booking and just planned our days out around this. Would highly recommend for any families looking for a lovely quiet retreat where you can relax and just enjoy the location and accommodation.

Booked The Old Barn at short notice after trawling through different sites. Came across this home and immediately checked the reviews. All excellent so went ahead and booked. Never been to a home from home with enough kitchen crockery, utensils etc to cope with a large dinner party. Different family and friends came over the week and it was a real joy! Loved the swimming pool, which was spotless, warm and fabulous!! Shame it closes over the winter months. The only niggle was the creaky floor boards upstairs which woke people up earlier than they wanted. However, really loved the week, so thank you to the team xx

We had a lovely break with our family. Everyone was catered for with all the amenities. Superb array of kitchen/dining needs. Would recommend.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend in the Old Barn with our family. Sharing meals in unusual and well looked after accommodation. Emily welcomed us and offered any advice and information that we may need and then she left us in privacy to enjoy the facilities which were enough to keep us all occupied happily for the weekend. The swimming pool is stunning, tennis courts were well used by us, football nets, games room, stunning gym were all much enjoyed. We spent lots of time cooking and eating together, playing board games, watching the lambs out in the field and enjoying the views. We ventured out on one of the days to Bridlington and ate at a local pub for Sunday lunch. It was wonderful to see our family together and enjoying every aspect of being together in such a lovely house in such a lovely location.

We had a great stay. 6 of us plus a baby stayed in the old barn for a week and loved it.

Plenty of room throughout the house.

The beds were amazingly comfy and it had all the home comforts and a well equipped kitchen.

The gym was top notch and the swimming pool was great.

Nothing to do locally but only 10-15 minutes from Bridlington

Overall very happy.
