Recently refurbished and full of character, Awelon is a cosy townhouse in the heart of Beaumaris. With upside-down living to make the most of the first-floor balcony, it’s a welcoming home-from-home just moments from the seafront.

Awelon is in a perfect location for exploring Beaumaris. Really quiet, but convenient for pubs, restaurants, shops and tourist sites. Parking wasn't too much of a problem, but I can imagine it gets harder in the busier summer season. Awelon was bright and airy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. More could have been done with the outside area, as it didn't look very welcoming (perhaps some cushions for the seats and some plants!). Our only complaint was that the cutlery was a bit on the cheap side, so eating a crispy pizza was impossible, as the knife and fork were too flexible! But overall really happy with our stay and would recommend it.
