A spacious coastal house in the heart of Abersoch, Llysfor is perfect for big family gatherings and group getaways. With sea views from multiple bedrooms, generous living spaces, a games room and outdoor entertaining areas, it’s a sociable, comfortable base just moments from the beach and village.

Could be a really stunning holiday rental

This was the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed in. There was absolutely no way that it was cleaned before we arrived. The floors were filthy, there were cobwebs everywhere, even on the dining room chairs. The dishwasher was full of dirty cups and plates.
It was a shame because the house would have been lovely if it was clean. We were going to hoover, but the hoover was full!
When you’re paying £3000 for 3 nights, the least you can expect should be a clean house.

Thank you for your feedback, this comes as a huge surprise to us. Please be assured the property was clean ahead of your arrival and we are extremely disappointed that the standard of cleanliness was not up to the usual high standard. We would have been very happy to arrange an inspection on arrival as well as send the cleaning team back out to rectify the issues had we have been notified of the issues right away. We can only apologise for the issues and appropriate actions have been taken. Thank you.

Great Stay

had a great weekend with the family, the house couldn't be in a better location. Gorgeous sea views. The oven isn't very powerful though if you are cooking for a large group. There was also a funny smell coming from the kitchen but nothing a bit of bleach didn't sort.

Llysfor is a big house that I suspect was once a B&B. It bright and spacious and well maintained. The location is superb overlooking the inlet to the bay and a couple of hundred metres to the village itself. The property has a beautiful decking area and a charming small beach hut structure that is ideal to shelter from either the sun or rain. There are a few steps to the front door and the bedrooms are on two upstairs floors. Also located within a couple of steps from the front door are a Thai restaurant and a Pizza restaurants fabulous for takeouts. The kitchen is a bit dated and not easily navigated. Beds and bathrooms are large and airy. The games room is useful especially if it’s raining. Parking can be a little hectic if there are a number of families as there is a boat parked across four spaces and the property is located beside a couple of other rental houses. All in all and ideal house for a larger number of people in a brilliant location in the heart of fabulous Abersoch. The concierge service is excellent too!
