After staying in a neighbouring property we tried the Manor House for a change and for a special birthday. Was a little dissappointed in the amount of cobwebs in the bedrooms and a dead moth on the bed. The property is so beautiful but just needs a little tlc - i.e. grease marks around the stove area. Chipped paintwork on the painted areas. Pans provided which are not compatible with the hob. The paintwork upstairs has been touched up on the walls but the colours don't match. The sofas are comfortable but dreadfully low! That being said it did not stop us admiring the beauty of the building and grounds. Dissappointed the dog field no longer exists! During my booking I did request balloons for when we arrived but did not hear back on that. We did however get in the property earlier than 4pm for which we were grateful for. A few tweaks and it would be perfection!

The Manor House was such a surprise. It was huge, loads of room for my daughter and the grandchildren and my husband and I on the other side of the house. The location is excellent - it feels as though it's 15 mins from everywhere. We loved it. Spotless and everything worked as it should. We do hope to return.
