This spectacular 3-bedroom penthouse suite is located at the rear, over the top two floors. The incredibly spacious open plan kitchen, dining, bar and living space occupies the whole of the top floor with stunning sea and spire views to the front, and hill and woodland views to the side and rear. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs.

First time staying here, chose apartment 10 as it had the 3 bedrooms we needed and was dog friendly. Sadly, our beautiful wee dog and much loved member of our family, Tia, died suddenly the week before visiting here. Not sure how older dogs would cope with all the stairs, something to consider if your dog is struggling with them. That said I think there are other dog friendly apartments with less stairs. We always bring our own doggy stuff but it would be nice to have some towels, treats, bowls and poop bags for those that have forgotten to pack them and to welcome them too.
The apartment is beautifully presented and is also very comfortable. Had a great nights sleep in comfortable beds followed by a great shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. There were 6 adults staying and the hot water never ran out (have stayed in other places where it has!).
In the kitchen I would have preferred a separate oven and microwave, an extra small pot (3 provided)and an extra frying pan (1 provided). The addition of a separate microwave would have allowed heating up of soup and sauces whilst the oven was being used.
The location is ideal. The views are amazing and Lamlash has plenty of amenities.
We had an amazing week of sunny weather and when back at the apartment it would have been nice to have even a communal outdoor seating area. Some apartments do have outdoor seating areas but not all do.You can tell the sun was shining or I probably wouldn’t even mention this.
We had the misfortune of having to contact Val when we got locked out of our apartment. Within minutes she had Blair on the scene fixing the problem. Excellent customer service and good to know she’s there if you need her.
All in all, we appreciated the high standard and comfort of the apartment and would have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Stunning church conversion with amazing views to holy isle and only 5 minutes from
Brodick. We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was so simple and easy with clear emails and messages with details. Loved that we didn’t have keys to get in and out. So many thoughtful inclusions down to dishwasher and washing machine pods!
The whole apartment is beautifully set out and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
A huge thankyou to Val who takes care of you she does an amazing job.

We loved our time in Arran Shores - our party was a family group ages 4 - 68 and we had all we needed to settle in for a great week away. The weather was very cooperative which was fabulous and enhanced the views from our apartment. There were two aspects which would have made it perfect: one of our party found the bed too firm and thought a mattress topper would have made it more luxurious. We were concerned that the youngest in our party could have wandered out of the front door in the night (looking for mummy) and there was no internal locking mechanism but a suitcase in front of the door allowed for a peaceful night.

We have spent a lovely weekend at Apartment 10 of Arran Shores. The apartments are stunning and location is perfect. Best of all is Val, from the first phone call to book the apartment she has been so helpful and communication faultless.

We had the best girls' trip at Arran Shores! The apartment was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. There was loads of space for all five of us to hang out, and properly unwind. The views over Lamlash and Holy Isle were absolutely stunning! Val was so helpful and made everything really easy, which made our stay even more relaxing. It was the perfect little staycation and we would 100% come back again!
