The barn is an absolutely lovely place to stay and so much room. The bath was a little tired and one of the outdoor seats but apart from that it was perfect! We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again.

We love the space the Barn gives us, 6 adults and 4 children , fun for all, tennis courts, this year my grandson did some fishing really enjoyed it.

Definitely booking again next year.

We really enjoyed our short break at the Barn. It was lovely and spacious and warm - which was needed during February half-term! Dawn was wonderful and let the kids feed the animals a couple of times and look for eggs. It was too rainy to make us want to explore the trail but the surrounding countryside looked very nice. It was just a short drive to Skegness and Gunby Hall, which were nice trips out. Would definitely recommend.

Good clean property lots of space in the house. Location great for various trips out and about. Very quiet area.
