The Colloquy is an exclusive-use venue located at the heart of the Whittern Estate. It is a stunning conversion of the Estate's Victorian stable-yard, which now enjoys modern luxury and excellent leisure facilities. Designed with imagination and flair, these historic Victorian stable buildings use space to its best advantage, creating a very special environment for business or pleasure.
We spent a very happy few days at the Forge. A brilliant location near lots of walks and activities! And a really clean and spacious house to enjoy it all from!
We are repeat visitors as we hold our Family Weekend here. Three generations get together and the facilities are perfect: a swimming pool enjoyed by all, a garden split into sections with some parts perfect for rounders and football and other parts tailor made for hide and seek. Lots of kitchens/cooking facilities; multiple sitting rooms; a huge circular table that will seat the entire family. Spacious bedrooms with en-suites.
Also worth mentioning that year on year, there are small improvements as maintenance takes place.
Suffice to say, our 2026 visit is booked already.
A beautiful location with fine walks. We had marvellous weather which made it even better. Super clean and help on hand whenever needed. Can’t recommend this lovely cottage more highly.
A great place to stay and relax amongst nature & enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Enjoy outdoor pool, very large gardens that were great for dogs.
Other properties available within the old estate.
