This comfortable first floor apartment is situated in an enviable location overlooking Ventnor Bay. It has stunning, uninterrupted sea and coastal views and is only a few minutes stroll down the cascade to the beach. An ideal base for small families or friends holidaying together.

We had a great stay at this property - the view is outstanding as well as the location - there is a steep walk back up it but it’s fine if you able fairly fit. The home felt comfortable, shower good and bed comfy - lots of facilities if you wanted to cook - I would highly recommend :)

We had a marvellous stay at 3 Elizabeth House Ventnor. What great views of the sea and what comfort because everything you need was there. It was also very close to shops. In other words: a perfect place!

Would you return?
Yes, although coming from the Netherlands it is quote a journey to get there.

First floor,south facing apartment with magnificent views from lounge and main bedroom over the Ventnor seafront and panoramic sea views. Nice touch were telescope and binoculars for looking at passing shipping. Back bedroom has its own bathroom but poorly lit as looks onto dark lightwell. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds,kitchen equipped with everything you need. On street car parking only. Small supermarkets and local shops 5 minutes walk away

1st floor flat with stunning direct sea views
Central location in lovely Ventnor
Decor & furniture are random old & dirty
The towels & sheets were clean but old
The flat needed cleaning. Dust on all surfaces. Bathrooms & kitchen filthy Hair in all storage drawers
Windows not opening or stuck open
Situated on an intersection opposite a pub with loud music outside at weekends. 4 nights out of 7 I was woken by drunks fighting, singing, vomiting etc
One Yale lock on front door didn’t feel safe

Very good place to stay you can people watch you can look at the lovely Seaview Close to the shops and bus links and I would recommend staying there Ventner has some very good pubs and restaurants the masala bay Indian restaurant is very good The apartment will be good for a family or a couple

If you like retro you may like this 1950's furnished flat, down to the wood chip wall coverings.
Entrance to building utilitarian and cold. Damp walls, peeling wallpaper & dirty windows.
Challenging 20 stair approach to flat3, definitely not for the less able bodied.
Main bedroom comfortable with views over channel. Second bedroom - shrine to 1960's pop art an acquired taste.
Living room - bizarre collection of furniture in need of comfortable chairs, good views from balcony.
Kitchen adequate, but hot water pressure very low and subject to vagaries of hot water system.
Sorry, but very disappointing venue.

Isle of Wight lovely, plenty to do an see and do. The apartment was convenient with terrific views.The Spyglass pub a must for location and food.Unfortunately Ventnor itself is looking very tired and in need of a smart make over, no attractions for children..

The position of the flat above the small harbour and beach at Ventnor gave uninterrupted views of the English Channel. We watched the container ships, ferries and cruise ships passing during the day and evenings. The flat was very well appointed with two bedrooms and bathrooms, although we only used one of each. Parking can be a problem as there is no designated space. Once parked we used the bus to explore the island as the bus stop was very close by and the service very efficient.

Directions to the flat were not given and we had to rely on phone calls with the owner to gain access.

This was our second stay at 3 Elizabeth House and very much enjoyed again. It's a lovely comfortable living space, great views and so convenient just a stone's throw from Ventnor Beach. The owners were very gracious and flexible with our arrival and departure times, which really helped make our arrival and departure as easy and pleasant as possible. Thanks again!

This is a lovely apartment, comfortable and very well equipped. There are sea views from the front bedroom and lounge which also has patio doors onto the balcony.
Booking was very efficient. The owner was very helpful, and all the arrangements went smoothly.

Excellent holiday in comfortable flat with good facilities and lovely views of the sea and harbour. A number of very good restaurants within short walking distance and fresh fish available daily from the harbour.. Good bus services meant Ventnor was a good centre for exploring the island.
