Situated on the fifth floor is this 2 bedroom apartment with outstanding panoramic sea views.
Stones through away from the beach with beautiful views of the bay.

Ferry travel included for 1 car.

We really enjoyed our stay at Napoleon's Landing.
The location was excellent and the apartment was very well appointed, quiet and comfortable.
We had some minor issues. many of the windows were difficult or impossible to open. As we were there during very hot weather this was a problem, A fan would have helped greatly too.
A dustpan and brush and extra mugs would also have come in handy.
Minor problems in an otherwise excellent stay.

The apartment was in a great location for accessing coastline walks and beaches. Private parking was a bonus, but with quite a tight entrance and parking bay.
The apartment was very spacious with 2 balconies for enjoying the views along the coast and out to sea. There was almost too much equipment in the kitchen, with cupboards full of crockery and glassware that you wouldn't use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very clean.
The town of Sandown needs some regeneration, whilst new beach bars and cafes are now available some of the historic buildings have fallen in to disrepair and are quite unsightly.

Would you return?
No, but only because we like to try other destinations

Island Holidays were extremely efficient and helpful. Great location and the under cover garage a godsend. Windows to the two balconies need some tlc as drafty with broken seals and ill fitting. excellent position. Unfortunately not the best of weather for our stay or the balcony would have been great!! A comfortable, characterful place to stay and the property was well fitted out with all we needed. We would use again.

Have stayed here several times, always booking over a year in advance to secure the dates we wanted. We didn't book for 2022 as our usual rate over the last 3 or 4 yrs of about £600pw shot up to well over £1.2k... at 1st l thought it was the covid rip off effect and I'm no mug. However then all the rates disappeared..... Apparently the owner is moving back in so very sad and jealous at the same time.
So as a foot note...
The windows needed a good clean, l actually cleaned a couple to get a clearer view.
The crockery and cutlery not the best and rusting oven trays in cupboard that should be in the bin.
The 2 sofas have sagged so badly now that we sat on the cushions to add support or else you sink in and struggle to get out.
The ensuite shower hose is covered in what looks like black mold/rust and it needs a new shower head.
So if the owner is thinking of ever reletting these things definitely need addressing.
We always wanted a beautiful view in a peaceful setting with a comfortable bed and you definitely get that.

52 Napoleons Landing is an excellent place to stay.There we’re four adults staying ,we found the flat to be spacious well laid out and having both a bathroom and en-suite suited us perfectly.It was well equipped (home from home) ,spotlessly clean and wonderful views of Sandown beach. It was a good base to enjoy all the sights and locations the island had to offer and we would definately stay again.

It’s in a beautiful position with large balcony to sit and watch/listen to the sea. Well equipped with everything you could want for your stay.

Pros: Nice flat, great location, superb view, friendly helpful letting agency, comfortable furniture, full of techie gizmos

Cons: Let down by little things which got really irritating by the end of our week. The biggest bugbear is the cutlery, what is there is sub standard (forks bent at the slightest pressure), and there isn't enough - no tablespoons for serving for example. The selection of saucepans and other utensils seemed random (some of them didn't seem to have been cleaned since last season).

A little bit of thought and a modest investment in a canteen of stainless steel cutlery and a coordinated set of saucepans and frying pans and my review would have been much more positive.

Very bright and airy apartment in a fabulous location with wonderful views. There were some issues with the water pressure , it was so poor, the shower/bath in the family bathroom was totally unusable. Four adults sharing an ensuite shower was not ideal. The beds were very comfortable, although given the size of the master bedroom a king size bed would have been more appropriate. It was well equipped, although some of the kitchen utensils would benefit from an upgrade. We would certainly stay again if the water pressure issues were resolved.

This is a fabulous apartment right on the beach glorious views and with its own secure parking. The apartment is spacious beautifully presented we had an amazing g stay and would definitley book again

The location is excellent although Sandown itself is a tad run down .
We were disappointed to arrive to find
1) previous occupants toiletries in the vanity unit
2) a bed as though someone had sat on it.
3) dusty wardrobe shelves
4) no spare toilet rolls
5) no tea towels or dishwasher tablets .
A phone call to the agency on the Monday soon resolved these.
I would also recommend a small welcome pack of milk, loaf of bread , biscuits is usual nowadays in our experience of upmarket lettings.
