A lovely clean property, ideally located near enough to ryde and st helens and allover. Extremely peaceful even with being on the bus route with a stop conveniently close by.
The back garden is the perfect place to watch the squirrels regular visits, much to the amusement of the granddaughter.
Will definitely return next year with the family.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants in seaview. Nice quiet street with minimal noise. Great for dogs as enclosed garden.
Property was good apart from the main bedroom where it was stated as super king bed but there were two single mattresses which didn’t fit the bedframe so this was uncomfortable

Sunnyside is a lovely home with a nice garden in an excellent location. There is a nice walk from the property down to Priory Bay which I did most days. The house was very clean and there was a lovely welcome pack with tea, coffee and biscuits. The kitchen had everything you need to make a meal so no complaints.

Would you return?
Yes I would and as soon as I know next year's dates I will aim to book again. Not sure about the cancellation policy. Would like to secure insurance in case of cancellation please.

We had a fantastic week in sunny side it was very comfortable and welcoming a real home from home. Beautiful views of the Solent and a short walk to the sea. A beautiful area quiet and peaceful.
