The Beach House is a striking, individually-designed home with a large south-facing terrace. It has a sheltered position, moments from beach, only a few minutes’ walk up the hill to the town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. All three bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, maximising light and sea views for the first-floor open plan living and dining spaces. Enjoy lunch on the sunny terrace. with sea views.

The Beach House exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything you need. The house is furnished to a very high standard and looks beautiful inside. Excellently located right on the sea front in Ventnor, the view from the balcony in the mornings is amazing. Close to some great restaurants, Smoking Lobster is a must and the Spyglass Inn is the perfect local pub! Has it's own private driveway, which is useful. Also have to mention the service received from Island Holiday Homes, Eliese in particular was brilliant. All questions and queries answered when needed, she also changed our ferry multiple times when we weren't able to make it. Really had a great overall experience, highly highly recommend!

This is our second year staying at The Beach House and we have already booked for 2026!! It is lovely to have a fully stocked kitchen, the use of a washer dryer and three bathrooms. The coffee machine is a special treat. We enjoy the space the property provides - it allows my husband to do his railroad modelling and to invite our grown up children to stay. The location is great, close to the beach and to the many good restaurants in Ventnor. We love the balcony and the views of the sea. Thank you Rob and Christy for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our third visit to The Beach House and it didn't disappoint. It is well located in Ventnor with great views across the bay. Having private parking is a great asset. The house is very clean and has all the items you need for a very comfortable stay. You can easily walk across to the beachfront, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. You have the shops a short walk away (although it's uphill going - but the bonus is coming down on the way back!) to get all your essential needs and if you like fish, then visit the Ventnor Haven for the catch of the day.
If you have a car, there are lots of places on the Island to visit or use the bus which is very efficient and goes from the centre of town.
We've stayed in many places on the Island and this is by far the best. We like it a lot and have already booked for our fourth visit next year.

The Beach House in Ventnor ticks every box. Location, amenities and quality are excellent. This is the best holiday home we’ve ever stayed in and very reasonably priced considering the exceptional comfort the house has to offer.

Ventnor is a lovely place to stay, having been twice before for short-breaks as a couple. This was our first week long holiday as a group of 6 and we all agreed we would go back to Ventnor and stay at The Beach House again.

Island Holiday Homes were excellent too with regular communications and important updates before our stay and helping to resolve a maintenance issue while we there very quickly.

Overall an outstanding property in one of the best locations on the island, if you like a slightly quieter beach holiday.

A big recommendation for the Met Bar as well, which is less than 30 seconds walk away. We have visited them many times now and this family run bar offers fantastic food and drink with great service and far exceeds many other more expensive and up supposedly upmarket venues.

When I was looking to book a place to stay, the layout of the Beach House caught my attention. Nice outside area which catches the sun, the open plan kitchen and eating area, the living area gets plenty of natural light.
Enjoyed the week at the property (despite the inevitable rainy day here and there) and made good use of the integrated coffee machine while I wrote.
A nice easy location to stroll to The Smoking Lobster, The Spyglass Inn, or The Hambrough.

We very much enjoyed our week in Ventnor staying at The Beach House. The house was ideal for our needs, five adults and a toddler. Everything in the house was of top quality and just about everything was provided. Great location, overlooking the sea,
parking for two cars and close to good pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Very clever design with the three bedrooms/ bathrooms
on the ground floor and kitchen, dining room, lounge and patio upstairs, reached via a spiral staircase, and providing great views.
Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at the beach house-the building is amazingly configured, with three great bedrooms, lovely bathrooms, and a brilliant living/dining space, topped off with a balcony overlooking the beach.

Particularly impressed with all the equipment provided at the house-left you wanting for nothing, and was a real home from home. We were even provided some cheese and wine for our arrival, along with a really useful guide to the local sites from the host - would definitely book again.

This was our second visit to The Beach House and we were as pleased as before - if not more so. The house is in a great location and the benefit of private parking is a real bonus. The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views out over Ventnor Bay are delightful. When the weather is kind sitting on the terrace is brilliant.
If you want to pick up food items, you have access to the local shops and if you want to dine out, there's a good choice of restaurants, pubs and bistros.
It's easy to get around by car or bus so overall Ventnor and especially The Beach House is an ideal location for a great holiday.

The beach House was more than home from home it was luxury every little detail we were lucky with the weather and the bedrooms were cool being down stairs my only polite suggestion would be to have perhaps a single comfy chair as the seating which was great for family and children not quite soo kind for older folk thank you

The Beach House is a beautifully designed unique house, with all that you need and a bit more. It is also in excellent condition and was lovely and clean on our arrival. The view from the main seating area and terrace is really special, although the properties position one row back from the seafront provides some seclusion too. The modern and new kitchen and dinning area was perfect for the five of us, and a 6th person would fit in easily.
The weather was variable but our stay was still great. We like the Isle of Wight, there is much to see and do and Ventnor has its own Victorian based charm. There are some really nice places to eat out locally and the beach was good fun (weather permitting!). However, chilling out and eating in was also easy and comfortable due to the lovely facilities at the Beach House.
Additionally, the service from Island Holidays was first class. Fully recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Beach house. It was in a great position so close to the esplanade and had a great view of the coast and cliffs from the balcony. The house was clean and has all mod cons and is decorated in a lovely contemporary style. The weather was hot when we stayed and it was nice to eat on the balcony and enjoy the breeze from the sea. We didn't want to leave at the end of our week and wished we had booked for 2 weeks.

The house was brilliant for our family group of 5. Less than a minute to the beach and bars, coffee places. Great view from the lounge and outdoor terrace of the beach and cliffes. Every amenity needed was in the house including a geat built in coffe machine. Can not fault the house and our stay there.

Location is everything and The Beach House is just a short step to the beach front at Ventnor where you can go on the beach, visit various places to eat or just have a cup of tea or walk into town where there's some shops and more eating venues. Ventnor is quite a steep place so walking up into town might be challenging for some but there's a choice of ways and if you take your time, it's easy. Walks along the coast will take you to Bonchurch and onto Shanklin in one direction and towards Niton and Blackgang the other.
The Beach House has everything inside that you might need. The bedrooms are downstairs giving you the best of views from the lounge and balcony area.
With good parking space at the front of the property, it takes away the stress of finding somewhere to park.
All in all, a great location, a great holiday property and we had an absolutely terrific week.

We stayed here at the end of august. And it was lovely, the house had everything we needed. The location was brilliant and ventnor is lovely too.
I would recommend this property and I really hope we can come back to the beach house again in the future.

We can't fault the Beach House- beautifully furnished all the amenities you would expect- spotlessly clean -wonderful position in Ventnor.Several excellent restaurants within comfortable walking distance-as is the beach of course...Our family were swimming before breakfast and before bed almost every day.
Island Holiday Homes a pleasure to deal with too -very efficient and helpful with our ferry crossings arranged by them as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. The property is in excellent condition, very clean and beautifully furnished, with absolutely everything you could ever need!

The location is superb and a great spot for walking around the town or driving around the island.

Our only suggestion would be black out blinds in the bedrooms - when the sun comes up the current blinds/curtains let a lot of light in.

We would definitely stay here again.
