The Clock Tower is a unique apartment making up part of what was the stable block to the former Steephill Castle now lovingly converted into this stylish apartment enjoying an elevated south facing aspect and limited sea views from the deck.

Sadly the property that we originally booked was unavailable, so settled on the Clock Tower.
The property was much smaller than the one we originally booked and was in a state of poor repair, the furnishings were uncomfortable as was the bedroom, where we endured a number of flea bites during our stay, both my wife and I had a nasty rash over our bodies. The photos gave an impression that there was an upstair room, such as maybe a bedroom, sadly led to a couple of storage rooms full of cobwebs and the owners spare parts in drawers. We only ventured upstairs to shut an open window, so was quite dissapointing. The garden/patio was non descript, but we did get much pleasure from watching all the mice scurrying about late in the afternoon/evening. So, instead we stayed up on the balcony overlooking the building site next door, weekends okay, weekdays lots of noise.
Very dissapointed in this holiday property, felt that it was mis sold due to all the great photos of the interior.
Would not recommend this property.

Incredibly beautiful and quirky flat in incredibly beautiful and convenient location. Just gorgeous.

Just a few practical comments- maybe better advice regarding how to access property/where to park/recycling arrangements, as there was a bit of guess work involved!

We had a great week, and will definitely book again.
Location was excellent.
Just a short stroll (be it hilly one but that's Ventnor) to the town centre.
Lovely walks in the park and coastal path.

The location of the Clock Tower is great and we loved Ventnor, but we were disappointed with the quality of the property especially considering the high price.

Had a lovely time here, great location and very quirky, extra shelving in the shower and bathroom would have been helpful but not a big issue really
Company was helpful when we had an issue.
