Lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful house in a great location. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our holiday. We’ll definitely return!
We booked Heather cottage last minute for a short stay. Everything about the cottage was lovely - very clean, well equipped, and in a wonderful location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped us out when we left one of our bags behind. Would definitely book again, thank you.
Cannot fault Chapelhill, the location is great, the property and internal finishing is fabulous, and the owner is super helpful. This place has everything you would want or need, either as a base for exploring, (lots to see and do) or as a sit in and relax and catch up with family and friends. Worth every penny and more, cant wait to go back.
This is the 3rd year we have returned to Auchenheglush lodges. The lodge was as we expected beautiful,clean and comfortable. The location of the lodge was fantastic with breathtaking panaramic views over the loch and beyond. We will most certainly be back to visit. A☆☆☆☆☆
Our stay at Creinch Lodge was wonderful. It is difficult to drag yourself away from the incredible views to do anything else! It is well equipped throughout and of a high standard. The bed is very comfortable and there are views from everywhere. Any questions I had, Liz came back with lightning speed. There is so much to do on and around the Loch, why would you want to go anywhere else? I can't wait to come back.
Lovely cottage and outlook. Unfortunately the Sky services as advertised were not available. Not informed about this prior to visit. Disappointing hence customer service score.
We stayed in a 2 bed/1 bath and were very pleased with the property and the apartment. We found it well furnished, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view off the sitting room. The kitchen is well stocked to make your own meals, the bathroom is modern, bedroom good size and good insulation for cold nights. The building feels secure and the apartment was quiet, although we were on a second floor so not sure if footsteps can easily be heard from above on a first floor. Lomond castle is quite simply a fantastic well maintained apartments in a beautiful location. This is our four year of staying there and already booked again for next year it’s that good. The grounds are in a great setting right on the loch stunning and so peaceful. Walking distance to Duck bay marina for morning coffee or dinner and close by to Cameron House. It’s the perfect location for just relaxation or exploring many nearby sites. The accommodation is finished out to a high standard with everything you might need for a great stay.
We had a very enjoyable weeks stay in The Pipers for the following reasons: The apartment was furnished very well and everything was very clean. Its proximity to Loch Lomond is splendid. Though we didn’t have a view of the loch from our windows we only had to walk around to the other side of the building and the views of the Loch were great. We booked this for attending a wedding at The Cruin. Whilst being near to the venue it was not as we thought within convenient walking distance. That being said, the cottage was lovely. It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The addition of the sauna and jacuzzi is excellent and great for relaxation.
Beautiful location on the banks of Loch Lomond. Wonderful views. Disappointed that the outside patio table was broken so made it difficult to eat outside. I made contact but was told it had been broken for a few weeks and that was that. Please be aware that there is a wedding venue to the side of the property so maybe a lot of the accommodation is used by wedding guests. I would not have booked this location if I had known this. Main door into accommodation had a smashed in window. Also recycling and rubbish area was a mess
The lodge was well equiped, clean and bright with a lovely view over Loch Lomond. We will stay there again.
