We loved the cottage and the lovely setting in the rolling countryside Handy for the seaside and Georgia the dog loved the animals!!
We had the best first holiday as a family. The weather wasn't so good but that didn't matter. There was plenty for our 3 year old son to do. The play room was great, as was the outdoor play area and swimming pool. He absolutely adored feeding the animals each morning. We especially loved the very friendly little grey rabbit. The hot tub was my much needed treat, loved it. Alice and luke were very friendly and welcoming. The cottage and whole area was beautiful. Can't recommend enough.
Excellent accommodation & facilities for a multigenerational family stay eg all en-suite bathrooms and separate family areas . V spacious outside decking area with hot tub . The children loved feeding the animals & the swimming pool . The latter having rather high levels of chlorine - too much so for some sensitive eyes & skin. Great location & walks around the property would certainly highly recommend.
Great welcome for our party of 10 adults , 3 under fives and 6 dogs. Spacious and comfortable accommodation .Alice called round soon after arrival to explain things and immediately brought bed sides and a replacement kettle when requested. We enjoyed time in the pool with the children , the hot tub for the adults. The children’s outdoor play area was perfect for the tinies and would suit older children too , our dogs were also clearly welcome. Stayed here with my 1 year old and wife and we had a fantastic week. There is plenty to do on site and a lot to explore in Devon from Coulscott which makes it a perfect location. My toddler loved the farm animals on site. Would highly recommend.
What a beautiful place! Would recommend it to everyone and although we were all in our 50's, 60's and 70's even we enjoyed the facilities -swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub and walking the dogs in the allocated field where they could run free. Lots for kids to do as well, including play area and visiting the animals. The holiday cottages are relatively close to great veaches and lovely woodland walks.

We stayed at this beautiful house in late September 2024 as a family of 9 plus baby. Beautiful views and lots to do even if the weather is wet. The soft play area and indoor swimming pool came into its own for our toddler. There is a really good outdoor area with trampoline, tractor and lovely large Wendy house to name a few.
