What’s especially great about Coulscott for families are the superb facilities that will keep everyone happy whatever the weather. The lovely indoor pool is toasty whatever the weather with seats around the side to kick back with a book. An adjoining games room includes table tennis and table football, whilst babies and toddlers have their own soft playroom, with giant Liquorice Allsorts! There's also a new communal firepit which is great for toasting marshmallows on come sunset!
There are acres of garden and grounds for children to play hide and seek, have picnics by a stream or build dens in the woods, plus a outdoor play area includes a wooden pirate ship, 2-storey Wendy House, adventure climbing frame and swings, custom made tractor with a slide, and a large, netted trampoline.

Old Barn (sleeps 10 + extra bed + babies in cots), with is 5-star gold award from Visit England, is a fabulous conversion, laid out over three levels that combines traditional character with modern flair. On the lower level, an amazing living room is the heart of the house, being open to the second floor rafters and overlooked by a minstrels gallery but also featuring an oak floor, stone fireplace with a wood burner, huge comfy sofas, Sky freeview TV & smart TV. The farmhouse style kitchen includes a dining table for 10 and is well equipped, from an AGA oven to the American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room and a WC. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level, with a super king size bed, ensuite shower room/WC and a cosy sun room where parents can have quiet time with a baby or toddler. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor, on either side of the gallery: the master bedroom with a super king size bed and ensuite shower room; and the other with a super king size bed (zip and link so can be twins if required) and ensuite bathroom, which also has a door from the landing to double up as the house bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are tucked under the eaves and both have twin beds – one is accessed from the first floor landing and one from the master bedroom which effectively make an ideal family suite. The first floor landing and bedrooms open onto a large private sun deck with garden furniture, sofa and loungers, chimnea, a barbecue and private hot tub.
