The cabin was the perfect retreat to relax. We had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen which had everything anyone could need. The hot tub was amazing and looked after everyday. The bedrooms were a really good size and the beds incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again.

Upon arrival we were left a little treat for our dog.also a bottle of wine and treats for our daughter's birthday,which we appreciated.
It was a incredible stay from start to finish. Beautiful lodge, serene location, and fantastic amenities—especially the hot tub and fired up the BBQ for dinner Everything was pristine, cozy, and well thought out.plenty of walks out with dog and family.
We had a wonderful, restful time and can't wait to come back

This is our first time in this cabin, but our 4th time on the site in the last 3 years or so.
The cabin was lovely and comfortable, can't really fault anything apart from the wifi...it worked, then didnt, then did, then didn't for the whole time. We reset multiple times and it just wouldn't work for about 90% of our 2 night stay, meaning streaming movies or music was impossible.
We love the place and might be back again, but we would request another lodge as the previous ones we have stayed in didn't have any wifi issues.

Sofas are not comfortable, and could update pans, but everything else is perfect, will be back, beautiful surroundings

I came with friends in November 2024 it was my first stay had a lovely time so booked again for my husband and I to come
I couldn’t ask for anything else, lodge very equipped clean and they left a hamper for my husbands birthday which was very thoughtful.
Staff are so accommodating and friendly.
It was the best nights sleep I had, bed was so comfortable pillows and duvet I took pictures and ordered the pillows when I got home.
We enjoy walking and we walked in to Richmond it took us around 24 minutes cafes and bars and shops everything is there.
We are booking again for next year.

This was our second stay at Flowery Dell, having previously stayed in the 2020 February half term (just before lockdown!). We said at the time, this would be a lovely place to stay with a dog and we decided to bring our 1 year old miniature schnauzer this year. The lodge was so comfortable and has everything you need. A fantastic base camp to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Hopefully we will need leave it 5 years before we return. Thank you to all the worker bees that keep the place running smoothly.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay. The location is perfect - tranquil and green. It's clear thought has been put into the location of the cabins as we never felt overlooked. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was great! And the little extras, like the stairgate for our toddler, just made it.

The site is ideally located to explore Richmond. Lovely walk through fields, woods and along the river. We appreciated the thought that went into the app and recommendations for walks and places to visit/eat.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely return!

Ash lodge had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, warm and the bed was so comfortable. Relaxing in the hot tub after spending the day walking and exploring was lovely. Richmond castle and Easby Abbey are dog friendly as was the local pub where we had a delicious Sunday lunch. Would definitely recommend a stay at Flowery Dell…. I bet it’s even better in the summer months.

As always every time we come here and it’s the 2nd time this year we always leave recharged and ready to go again. The lodges always have what we need and the only thing your can here is birds.
It’s lovely on a morning weather it’s summer or winter just watching the wild life pass by.
Can’t wait until New Year’s Eve when we’ll be back

We had an additional lodge for my sons and partners too experience where we have been coming the last few years mainly too restor our batteries ( and escape them) ! Like ourselves they enjoyed the hot tubs we had a family bbq ,walks and wine ! They loved there lodge and I’m sure they will be coming back next yr !

Staff very friendly,hamper goodies I was given for anniversary excellent, everything very cleaned tidy only negative was hottub getting checked very early 7.30 woke dog up.
