Perfect for a quiet peaceful relaxing break, once the lodge was booked the staff kept in touch to make sure they had everything we had requested for our arrival. The lodge was just what we needed clean, plenty of open space and all the equipment we needed. We had a great break and would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted a similar quiet relaxing break but close to Richmond for shops bars and restaurants.
Just had a fantastic five day stay in chestnut lodge, location was brilliant out of the door and straight onto a field, perfect for the dog,staff were very helpful and even posted back to us some clothing that we had left behind, we will definitely be back for another stay.
The quality of the lodge was excellent. Location of our lodge was lovely and private. The lodge was perfectly equipped. I have one comment to improve the hot tub experience would be provide dressing gowns for when you get out.
Had a wonderful time would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a self catering holiday that is dog friendly
Fantastic lodge Fantastic location. .Easy check in great arrival time 3pm. Park very well maintained very clean and tidy beautiful scenery. Very close to amenities, short walk straight out of park into Richmond.
We needed a quick break after a very stressful few weeks. Hawthorne lodge at Flowery Dell was the perfect choice. From the very comfortable beds to the hot tub it was just what we needed. Everything we needed was included in the well equipped lodge and the setting in the valley was delightful. Even the dog had a great time walking round the meadow sniffing for rabbits! Would definitely book again in the future.
Last minute getaway for my wedding anniversary. Its was just perfect. Peaceful setting and the lodge with hot tub extra touch. Michelle was fantastic got us book in for 2 nights no problem with a lovely surprise gift for us. All I can say is location fantastic and an amazing Lodge with everything you need. Great place for a get away we came for our anniversary we had came here before for our honey moon and we had to come again just great location peaceful and close to town great staff always feel welcome would definitely come again

The holiday was nice and quite with lots of amenities. The only thing I would change is a mirror to be added upstairs but that's it, otherwise perfect
Been coming here for over 12 years plus, staff have always been so friendly and lodges always spotless and clean. Stayed for 3 days with all our immediate family for birthdays and fathers day, had a really great time, good location for dog walking and grandkids loved the hot tubes and park. would highly recommend flowery dell and Richmond for a relaxing stay Phil barker

we love flowery dell. This was our 13th visit. Stayed in lots of the lodges. We love the peace and quiet and the surrounding area. Looking forward to the next time.
The cabin was the perfect retreat to relax. We had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen which had everything anyone could need. The hot tub was amazing and looked after everyday. The bedrooms were a really good size and the beds incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again.
Second time we have stayed at flowery dell. Lovely lodges and perfect setting. The lodges are very clean and comfortable. Beds, and bedding are so comfortable. The hot tub is immaculately clean and maintained daily. Loved sitting in the hot tub watching the rabbits. Staying at Flowery Dell is the most perfect peaceful place to stay and recharge when you have a busy life and job!
The various lodges are situated in a rural setting just outside of Richmond. Beautifully arranged in a large area with ample space to explore the grounds. Well equipped, friendly staff and a lovely welcome pack.
I have stayed at Flowery Dell over many years, it has always been spotlessly clean, well maintained and the customer service is literally second to none. I stayed for nine nights with my husband, my adult children came to visit. The weather was amazing so we made good use of the BBQ and decking area which despite being on the front is incredibly private. The upstairs balcony off the main bedroom is a real bonus and was a lovely space to have a morning coffee. There are 3 double bedrooms all have a TV in.
