Consistency is key and after staying for the past 25 years - flowery dell is still the perfect place to go. Rabbits running everywhere and peace and quiet of the woods.

Third visit of the year and second in Hazel.
Perfect from beginning to end. Lodge was perfect and weather unbelieveable for October.
Last minute booking made by telephone. Bonus was getting a text on the day telling us the lodge was ready at 1:30. Then finding a bottle of wine in the fridge for our anniversary.
Thank you again Team Flowery Dell.
See you next year.

Perfect for a quiet peaceful relaxing break, once the lodge was booked the staff kept in touch to make sure they had everything we had requested for our arrival.
The lodge was just what we needed clean, plenty of open space and all the equipment we needed.
We had a great break and would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted a similar quiet relaxing break but close to Richmond for shops bars and restaurants.

We have visited Flowery Dell 8 times in under 3 years and stayed in numerous lodges. All of them were excellent. I cannot rate Flowery Dell highly enough from the grounds to the welcome you receive. Everything about our stay in the Hazel was just amazing. The lodge interior is fabulous and the hot tub is immaculate and checked twice daily. Having a breakfast bbq then relaxing in the hot tub, it doesn't get much better. The only down side is when you have to leave.

Another fabulous stay. This time we were celebrating my 70th birthday. The staff had left balloons, banners and a lovely prosecco hamper for us. Hazel lodge is our favourite and we have stayed there many times with our dogs, who absolutely love spending time in the huge field trying to catch the bunnies.
This was our 18th stay at Flowery Dell and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
If you love nature, peace and quiet and chilling in a hot tub, this is the perfect place for you. The entire family and their staff really do go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
We have already booked for Christmas (5th time) .
We really highly recommend everyone to give it a go, you will not be disappointed and I guarantee you will return.

Once again we had a wonderful time at Flowery Dell.

We always pick Hazel lodge because of its unique location. We will be returning next year with our two jack russells girls. There love the rabbits and the walks round the park.

Thanks again for letting us stay.

We visit as often as possible.
Lovely, tranquil and clean. Can't fault it.

Wasn't keen on the rail around the stove. Presume it's an insurance thing, but it's too big. That is my only negative which I'm including because feedback is asked for.

This was our 4th visit to Flowery Dell and we've booked to come back again. The staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make your stay fantastic. We stayed in Hazel this time after 3 stays in Wild Cherry. Both lodges are excellent, well-appointed and very clean. Location is great with Richmond walking distance and the Dales, Harrogate and York not far away. Peaceful setting and ideal for a relaxing break.

Flowery Dell is a lovely quiet Park within walking distance of the town of Richmond. Secluded and private a stay here is relaxing and tranquil with some gorgeous walks on your doorstep with the added advantage of shops , pubs and restaurants close by . The lodges are mostly pet friendly and have hot tubs . An overall great place to spend a long weekend or a week away with family and friends.

Wonderful stay as always. Very relaxing. Everything you need. The lodge had new beds since our last stay which were just as comfortable. There was also a new shower which was excellent. Only minor request would be to add more drinking glasses. I think some had been broken and not replaced. This is a great base to enjoy walks into Richmond and beyond. Highly recommend.

This was our 8th year staying at flowery dell and I have to say they have NEVER let us down.
The team at flowery dell do all that they can to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.
The location and surroundings are perfect for a quiet “get away from it all” break and I would highly recommend it.
Richmond town is a short 5 min drive where everyone is friendly and the village of Hudswell is a 30 min gentle stroll away with a great village owned pub.
We booked again for next year when we departed.

We’ve been coming to flowery dell for 15 years now and come a few times a year . I’ve tried other lodges and cottages over the years but nothing ticks all the boxes . We done a two lodge stay this time as my preferred lodge was booked. The staff made the change over very easy and helped with moving from one lodge to another . They will go out of their way to make sure you have a magical stay . It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we received a lovely celebration hamper. We’ve had many birthdays and anniversaries here as it’s my perfect place to go .

Outstanding lodges . We have just returned from a 3 night stay in Hazel. We have stayed in many hot tub lodges , but this is by far the best . Wonderful location , peaceful and tranquil . Our lodge had fabulous views of the wildlife . Rabbits are everywhere and are fabulous to watch , very entertaining whilst sat on your balcony .
We have rebooked for August . We can’t wait!! The staff are so friendly , and nothing is too much trouble .
Thank you to Michelle for pointing us in the right direction for some splendid dog walks and information about the local area. Looking fwd to seeing you all again in August .

We have been returning to Flowery Dell for eight years now and have always found it to be absolutely perfect. The lodges are spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always on hand if you need anything. The hot tubs are so clean and tested twice daily without any intrusion on your holiday.
