My partner and I booked a last minute weekend away , I have previously stayed at flowery Dell so knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. The Yew lodge that we stayed in was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful . Lodge had everything you needed and a lovely welcome hamper for us and 1 each for the dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone , it is second to none and looking forward to our next visit. Also thank you to the lovely reception staff, so so friendly . See you soon

Having spent 15 holidays including 4 at Christmas time, Flowery Dell is definitely our number 1 destination. We have stayed in Yew lodge 3 times now and it is a lovely lodge. It's smaller on the inside compared to the ones we usually stay in, but it's comfortable. The outside space really makes a difference and is ideal for us and our 2 dogs, who absolutely love their time here running around the huge field trying to outrun the rabbits.
Richmond is a 15 min walk away and from there you can do any of the many walks available. Most of the shops and pubs are dog friendly. There are 2 local pubs within walking distance of Flowery Dell, both are dog friendly. The George and Dragon is 20 min and the Holly Inn is 10 min away.
We highly recommend a stay at Flowery Dell, once you've stayed there you will return.
The Cullen family and their staff are wonderful. The fields and woodland which surround the lodges are kept immaculate and are the most beautiful setting for a relaxing and quiet getaway.
Again we highly recommend and give 10/10 across the board for these beautiful lodges, surrounding location and the staff.
Looking forward to our next stay in July.

We have stayed here for a while now each year and we love it so relaxing and friendly
Always clean even the hot tub gets checked twice a day. They supply every thing you need for your stay.
And they even go to the effort of leaving a lovely gift has it was my birthday whilst i was away a real special touch
And we will be booking again

Had a lovely stay lodge was very comfortable and clean having the hot tub was a bonus when we arrived there was a lovely welcome pack even one for the dog which was very much appreciated Richmond itself is a lovely place plenty of pubs and restaurants.

As always, a perfect holiday was had by us both. Our dogs are always welcomed and love their time here. Can't thank the Cullen family and their staff enough for always going the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need for a relaxing, hassle free time. The surrounding countryside is spectacular and the abundance of wildlife is out of this world.
Can't wait for our next visit at Christmas.

Was great to be back at Yew Lodge again . Peace and tranquility, just while away the days watching the wild life amongst the beautiful tree lined scenery. My daughter and I go for a week to de- stress and enjoy time away from the noise and rush of daily life. It’s our little piece of heaven and lovely to go home to Yorkshire where we grew up .

Stayed at Flowery Dell again , this time in the Yew Lodge. Never stayed in the Yew before but have stayed in various other lodges at Flowery Dell. No complaints at all. There are a number of differences and comparisons to other lodges but nothing of a negative nature. The bathroom and en suite shower & toilet are smaller but adequate. Equipment is provided on the same level as other lodges. Balcony & hot tube area are spacious with an added inside seating area , Sun room.
Front balcony / seating area is a little shaded due to overhanging trees, but in the hot summer months i guess this would be a very welcome shaded area to sit. Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at Flowery Dell

Spent a fabulous long weekend at Flowery Dell with my hubby daughter and son in law and our Westie Martha From booking to arriving the information about the lodge facilities directions and lots of other tips was superb Flowery dell is pretty well maintained peaceful site and we loved that we could walk into Richmond We were greeted warmly at reception and upon entering our lodge there was a welcome park for us and one for Martha! The lodge is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need even books and games The weather made it as it was glorious so we spent a lot of our time in the fabulous hot tub we hired a bbq which was all set up on arrival and the hot tub is checked on twice a day from outside so is always pristine My only negative was a lack of storage in the second bedroom we would have benefited from a set of drawers apart from that it was faultless and we will definitely return

We had a lovely stay in the yew lodge. The veranda with the hot tub was fab and the little touches in the lodge meant a lot, a bottle of fizz for the birthday girl and a Yorkshire hamper with tea, coffee and biscuits etc. Michelle on reception was very friendly and we loved our stay! Can’t wait to return.

A wonderful few days away, in beautiful surroundings of woodland and fields. Met regularly on dog walks by the local wildlife. The lodge was so clean and private with the hot tub use daily. The staff were so pleasant as were the locals in the beautiful town of Richmond with it's castle perched on the hillside. Not far from the sales and other locations a short drive away. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally. We'll definitely return and look forward to it. Certainly value for money.
