We really loved our stay at Whitebeam. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The weather was perfect for us but we felt that even if it hadn't have been that we would have enjoyed spending time there. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful additions and make for a very relaxing break. The location is absolutely perfect and there are many beautiful walks nearby or a short drive away. We did the Easby Abbey and Richmond Castle Circular walk which was definitely worth doing. We would probably take a picnic next time as we stopped off to paddle in the river. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the grounds were really well looked after. All in all a wonderful stay and we would very much like to return on another occasion.

This was our third visit to Flowery Dell but the first to Whitebeam. The lodge is really well appointed and spotlessly clean. The hot tub and sauna were great additions to our break. The site is quiet and picturesque. The walk to Richmond can be achieved off road down a bridle path. Richmond and the surrounding area has interesting places to visit and great places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Visited Flowery Del Whitebeam lodge for the first time with my partner and it was amazing.
We relaxed totally with the use our our own sauna and hot tub .
The cabin was spotless and had everything you needed for our stay'
We enjoyed the peace and quiet and felt totally relaxed .
Since we have come home we have booked a week in the same lodge next year for my partners birthday.

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The cottage itself is beautiful, incredibly well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. It felt like a home away from home, providing the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.
The location is stunningly peaceful and offered us the relaxing break we desperately needed. Everything from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen was excellent. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Love this cabin. The hosts thought of everything you need which was amazing to find out especially since we had to run out the door last minite!
The maitence and cleaning team are incredible, the place was spotless. The hot tub was also spotless
The sauna was a great addition too.
Bed was comfortable which was amazing!
The location is perfect. Easy to get to and perfect for touring the area, the local area is very nice too. Deffo one of my favourite cabins!

We have stayed here numerous times but first time in Whitebeam.
The lodge was clean and spacious, comfy bed, even a sauna to try!
Outside, the hot tub was clean and a BBQ is provided but no dining table outside so had to eat inside. We would have preferred a garden table and chair set to eat at and sit at rather than the comfy chairs and small coffee table that were there.
We will be back!

Our annual trip to Richmond never disappoints, toped off with a short but lovely stay at the very impressive Flowery Dell.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we felt so relaxed in the comfort of our whitebeam lodge.

We’ve stayed at the Flowery Dell quiet a few times over the last ten years, and from the staff to the lodge it’s self, everything is first class, and i’d definitely recommend it, and will definitely be going again very soon.

This was our second visit to Flowery Dell Lodges. We returned because we really like the accommodation and the location. The Lodge we stayed in was Whitebeam and had everything we needed and more. The sauna and hot tub were perfect therapy after long walks in the Dales. The kitchen was well kitted out for cooking a nice meal in the evening and there were even maps and walk guides which were very handy. Once walking, cooking and sauna...ing was over there is sky sports, Netflix etc on the large TV. We had a great 4 day stay de-stressing thanks to Flowery Dell Lodges.

We have been to Flowery Dell 3 times now and cannot fault the friendly and welcoming staff, it’s the perfect place to visit the North Yorkshire countryside and relax completely after a day visiting the local attractions.

The check in procedure was very easy and we soon arrived at our lodge. The lodge was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The welcome hamper was a lovely added bonus. The hot tub was lovely and clean and a great size. The bed was comfy and the TV was set up great with access to streaming. The site was lovely and peaceful and I would definitely have a return visit.

Whitebeam lodge is not overlooked and the area is very quiet and private. The facilities are great and the lodge is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It is easy to get a taxi into Richmond in the evenings.

Lovely location, very quiet and relaxing, really close to Richmond town which is lovely.
A little expensive for a few days but we did really enjoy our stay.

This was our sixth stay at Flowery Dell and the second time in whitebeam. We love the area and tranquility it’s a perfect place to for a get away. The lodge was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for your stay. The box of treats were much appreciated and a lovely welcome touch. The lodge is beautifully presented and the hot tub great fun. We will certainly be returning soon.

We came back to flowery dell after spending our honeymoon here ten years ago- it’s just as magical as we remember. The site is perfect for families and couples, loads of privacy and it’s a nice safe site.
The lodges are always impeccably clean and welcoming, they think of every little detail. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Richmond along lovely country lanes and the views are amazing.
Coming back to one of these lodges is perfect after a day out walking and exploring- there’s plenty in the local area as well. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We were looking for a place that was tranquil with some luxury. Florwery Dell delivered, the lodge had a hot tube and sauna and was most tranquil. Just the place to unwind and recharge the batteries.

Myself and my husband spent the weekend in Whitebeam Lodge and we loved every minute. It was easy to book and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It has excellent amenities, everything you need home from home and a very comfortable bed. The welcome hamper was a beautiful touch. We throughly enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub and sitting on the porch watching and listening to nature was so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed all the beautiful scenery and the walk into Richmond was gorgeous. We’d definitely return and recommend to friends.

Myself and my partner love flowery dell and have been 4 times now. We have stayed in whitebeam twice, we would recommend flowery dell to anyone! However during our stay this time we would just like to recommend a couple of changes to the wonders for whitebeam- 1. Black out blind/curtains in the bedroom, 2. A different mattress due to the hardness and 3. A thinner quilt (I understand all of these are down to personal preference however they did make our sleep less comfortable due to this)- even if there was an option to use a different quilt that would be better and to install a blind so the option to use it or not is there. Overall, another fantastic stay and we will be back ☺️

Just got back from another wonderful stay at Flowery Dell. We wanted somewhere peaceful where we could totally relax after a hectic wedding weekend and knew FD was the perfect place. So well kept, staff are lovely and we had everything we needed for a peaceful escape. Only wish we could have stayed longer, but already have my next escape there booked!
