We really enjoyed our short break at Flowery Dell near Richmond staying at the Birch lodge that was fantastic. The lodge was very well equipped so we could simply enjoy our stay and enjoy our time - the welcome pack was much appreciated. The hot tub was excellent and it was great for chilling out in the evening. The location of Flowery Dell was great as it enabled us to enjoy both North Yorkshire and the North East. We would thoroughly recommend Flowery Dell to anyone looking for a luxury break.

From the first friendly greeting at Reception to walking in to the lodge and finding a lovely welcome hamper and even one for the dog , our stay at Birch Lodge was so lovely ! Beautifully well kept site with wildlife on your doorstop morning and evening ....... the hot tub is a great feature too !
All in all a beautiful place to get away to for peace and quiet and yet lots of places to visit round about .... we will most definitely be back again !!!!

Flowery Dell lodges are in a great location, ideal for a quiet secluded rest but also within a short distance of amenities and places to visit. My husband and I stayed in Birch lodge which caters 4 people, welcome pack a pleasant surprise good quality products much appreciated after a long drive.
Kitchen well stocked although not used for cooking on this occasion, living room comfortable, small deck area including a hot tub which was very nice and not too overlooked. The double room with ensuite a little on the small side for our preference, but ok for our short stay, bed comfy, quilt too warm would have liked option of sheets (we were blessed with the warm weather) The ensuite could do with some hooks for hanging bath towels, soap/shampoo dish in the shower cubicle as there isn't really anywhere to place stuff to hand whilst in the shower, small radiator but not enough for a large towel.
A further twin room and a seperate bathroom, which was an adequate size, although lacked a shower over the bath. Enough parking for two cars. Highly recommend a stay in these lovely lodges.

Love coming to Flowery Dell one of our favourite places, second time in Birch this year, absolutely spotless and ready for us just to relax, staff couldn’t do enough for us, cannot wait to go back in October for a week

This was our 4th stay at Flowery Dell and first in Birch lodge. The warm welcome we received when we arrived at reception set the tone for our stay.
Michelle is so friendly. The lodge was everything we come to expect from a stay here, clean, welcoming, all you could need is included. The hot tub is always the icing on the cake. We spent time lazing in the tub watching the squirrels antics gathering plums and chestnuts from the trees outside the
lodge. The tree planting around the site provides some privacy from neighbouring lodges meaning you don't feel overlooked. Planning another visit in October for our wedding anniversary. Thanks again team Flowery Dell.

Very dark lodge that needs lights on. Surrounded by vegetation so you only glimps the sun in evening.

We had an amazing stay at Flowery Dell. The lodge was beautiful and clean. The living room and kitchen areas were really big. The hottub was so good we used it morning and evening. There was a beautiful little woodland where we could exercise our dogs. It was a short walk from town which is bustling with shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a really lovely circular walk in town along the river.

The staff are exceptional and went the extra mile which really meant a lot to us.

We are booking again as soon as we can.

Birch is a great lodge with its private parking, straight outside the door. Perfect for guests with dogs. We are surrounded with lovely walks, the circular walk into town is particularly picturesque. We always try and go above and beyond for our guests, we feel very appreciated after reading your comments. Thank you so much.

The mattress are to soft and the couches are to low for disabled people and the toilet is also too low but apart from that everything was excellent and one more thing the door way’s need to be a little bigger for a wheelchair to get in to bedroom and toilet.

Arrived on the Friday, cabin absolutely spotless, little welcome hamper for us and the dog and a bottle of wine in fridge as it was our honeymoon, hot tub and area spotless, relaxed and private, had a fantastic weekend here, so much so we are going back to same cabin in august
