This was our second visit to Flowery Dell Lodges. We returned because we really like the accommodation and the location. The Lodge we stayed in was Whitebeam and had everything we needed and more. The sauna and hot tub were perfect therapy after long walks in the Dales. The kitchen was well kitted out for cooking a nice meal in the evening and there were even maps and walk guides which were very handy. Once walking, cooking and sauna...ing was over there is sky sports, Netflix etc on the large TV. We had a great 4 day stay de-stressing thanks to Flowery Dell Lodges.

We have been to Flowery Dell 3 times now and cannot fault the friendly and welcoming staff, it’s the perfect place to visit the North Yorkshire countryside and relax completely after a day visiting the local attractions.

An excellent location for walks around Richmond and the surrounding countyside. Excellent for places to eat in Richmond.

The check in procedure was very easy and we soon arrived at our lodge. The lodge was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The welcome hamper was a lovely added bonus. The hot tub was lovely and clean and a great size. The bed was comfy and the TV was set up great with access to streaming. The site was lovely and peaceful and I would definitely have a return visit.

Whitebeam lodge is not overlooked and the area is very quiet and private. The facilities are great and the lodge is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It is easy to get a taxi into Richmond in the evenings.

We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and had the most amazing time. The facilities are amazing. Staff are lovely and so welcoming. A lovely peaceful setting. We have stayed in mulberry before too and it was just as incredible as whitebeam. Flowery dell is a little slice of heaven

What an incredible stay, we couldn’t have asked for better for our mini-moon after our wedding. Facilities were great, hot tub and sauna was used twice a day. The staff were so lovely and really made our stay special. Thank you so much and would absolutely recommend.

This was our sixth stay at Flowery Dell and the second time in whitebeam. We love the area and tranquility it’s a perfect place to for a get away. The lodge was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for your stay. The box of treats were much appreciated and a lovely welcome touch. The lodge is beautifully presented and the hot tub great fun. We will certainly be returning soon.

We came back to flowery dell after spending our honeymoon here ten years ago- it’s just as magical as we remember. The site is perfect for families and couples, loads of privacy and it’s a nice safe site.
The lodges are always impeccably clean and welcoming, they think of every little detail. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Richmond along lovely country lanes and the views are amazing.
Coming back to one of these lodges is perfect after a day out walking and exploring- there’s plenty in the local area as well. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We were looking for a place that was tranquil with some luxury. Florwery Dell delivered, the lodge had a hot tube and sauna and was most tranquil. Just the place to unwind and recharge the batteries.

Myself and my husband spent the weekend in Whitebeam Lodge and we loved every minute. It was easy to book and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It has excellent amenities, everything you need home from home and a very comfortable bed. The welcome hamper was a beautiful touch. We throughly enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub and sitting on the porch watching and listening to nature was so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed all the beautiful scenery and the walk into Richmond was gorgeous. We’d definitely return and recommend to friends.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Whitebeam. Its a such a great lodge with its undercover Hot tub and inside sauna. The balcony offers great views over the site with the abundance of rabbits and squirrels to watch. The walk into Richmond is gorgeous with the castle in view all of the time. Myself and my partner love flowery dell and have been 4 times now. We have stayed in whitebeam twice, we would recommend flowery dell to anyone! However during our stay this time we would just like to recommend a couple of changes to the wonders for whitebeam- 1. Black out blind/curtains in the bedroom, 2. A different mattress due to the hardness and 3. A thinner quilt (I understand all of these are down to personal preference however they did make our sleep less comfortable due to this)- even if there was an option to use a different quilt that would be better and to install a blind so the option to use it or not is there. Overall, another fantastic stay and we will be back ☺️

Just got back from another wonderful stay at Flowery Dell. We wanted somewhere peaceful where we could totally relax after a hectic wedding weekend and knew FD was the perfect place. So well kept, staff are lovely and we had everything we needed for a peaceful escape. Only wish we could have stayed longer, but already have my next escape there booked!
