Sandy Villa is a stunning family holiday home. Spanning four floors this modern townhouse is just a short walk to St Mildred’s Bay beach and has sea views from the sitting room and two bedrooms. Add to this a large open plan kitchen/dining room complete with football table and bifold doors onto a courtyard garden, plus private parking for two cars and this holiday home really does have everything you could ask for.

The vibrant coastal town of Margate is a lovely 30 minute coastal walk, whilst the charming quiet town of Westgate on Sea with its cafes, restaurants, shops and old-fashioned cinema is a short 10 minute stroll.

Two minutes from the beach!

Sandy Villa has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet or relish in family meals together with the lovely kitchen and dining area all in one space and the football table was a great addition and gave us much entertainment. Our family group was made up of 3 generations - Grandparents, Mum and Dad and 3 children. All enjoyed the comfortable beds and en-suite facilities.
Fantastic views from the top floor of the beach and tennis courts! Good selection of shops/restaurants/cafes/bistros all within easy walking distance from the Villa. Favourite eating place was Millie’s on the seafront where the family enjoyed a varied choice of meals and all reasonably priced.
Would recommend Sandy Villa as a base to visit surrounding towns on the Kent coast with a good road network throughout the county.

The accommodation was very clean, modern and catered for all our needs.
A couple of comments that may help for future guests.
•An addition of an over bath shower facility in the main bathroom would have helped with guests in 2 of the rooms as these did not have shower facilities.
• Bathroom hooks on doors would have helped to store dry clothes.
•Due to the extreme hot weather, 2 x fans were purchased to keep cool at night.
•A final glitch, the TV in all the rooms occasionally had poor reception that may have been an area fault?
But all in all a fantastic stay!!!

This villa was so clean and comfortable. Mattresses and sheets straight from a 5 star hotel. It is so close to the beach, great restaurants nearby. fabulous place for a family weekend. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We chose the house for the fantastic location a stones throw from the beach. Clean and well appointed the house was very comfortable and to relax in and enjoy meals.
We would definitely choose to stay there again.

SandyVilla is a well furnished, comfortable house with sea views in a traditional seaside area. Walks on the promenade two minutes from the house take you on a pleasant walk to Margate. The shops and other amenities in Westgate are also a short walk. The kitchen is three floors down from the living room, so plenty of exercise climbing the stairs with a cup of coffee or glass of wine to enjoy the sea view.
