St Mary’s House is a much loved family home tucked away in the village of Worth, just a short drive from Sandwich and the coast. Sleeping seven guests across four comfortable bedrooms, this is an ideal choice for multigenerational families, groups of friends or golfers. Inside, the house is spacious, welcoming and light with a real family appeal. At the heart of the home is a modern and spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining together. There’s a table and comfy sofa at one end. Just next door is a separate dining room for more formal meals, and a cosy sitting room with plenty of seating with a dual-aspect log burner shared with the dining room, perfect for the cooler months. The garden is a real highlight, perfect for children to run around, dogs to explore, and grown-ups to relax with a drink in the sunshine.

Upstairs, you will find four well-proportioned bedrooms: a superking with en-suite shower room, two kings and a single, plus a family bathroom. Worth is a charming village with lovely pubs, The Crispin Inn and The Blue Pigeons, within walking distance. You’re just minutes from Sandwich with its mediaeval streets and riverside walks, and close to the beach at Deal. Golfers will enjoy being near Royal St George’s, and there are plenty of walking routes and day trips nearby, including the White Cliffs and Pegwell Bay. St Mary’s House really is perfect for relaxed family holidays, offering plenty of space and a brilliant location for exploring East Kent.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at St Mary’s House as it’s the ideal location for visiting my family nearby. It’s a lovely place for us to stay. It is spacious, with an extremely well stocked kitchen. Everything is well looked after, and it has a beautiful garden. Two pubs within walking distance that both serve great food is a bonus! The only thing that would make this even better for us would be a larger TV and more comfortable seating in the sitting room. We’ve enjoyed both our stays, and hope to be back

We completely fell in love with St Mary's House, its beautiful garden, and the charming village. The large, secure garden was enjoyed by all of us, but it was especially perfect for our English Pointer, who loved having the space to run around safely.

There are plenty of lovely walks straight from the front door, making it an ideal location if you enjoy getting out into the countryside. Having a traditional pub just across the road was an added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The cottage itself truly felt like a home from home. It was beautifully presented and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It's also a fantastic base for exploring Kent, although we found it surprisingly difficult to tear ourselves away from the cottage because it was such a wonderful place to relax.

We genuinely didn't want to leave and are already looking forward to returning. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend St Mary's House to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay.

The house is in a beautiful location. The village of Worth is lovely with 2 good pubs.
Plenty of space for a family and very well equipped. Garden is fantastic.
We walked to Sandwich from the village it took about 40 mins across fields .
On a negative note☹️there were dog hairs all over the rug in main room ( I had overlooked the fact that dogs were allowed ) and residue of crisps down the side of cushions also the tap came off in shower in en-suite and toilet seat loose. And the table of the high chair was filthy Also it’s seems maybe a second home ? I don’t use AB&B because it’s too
personal .
Would visit Worth again maybe stay at The Blue Pidgeon

We enjoyed a lovely few days here over Christmas as it’s the ideal location for us to be near family who live nearby. St Mary’s is in a peaceful village with the benefit of a beautiful and large garden for our dogs. The house is spacious with an extremely well stocked kitchen and lots of storage space in all the bedrooms. Everything was immaculately clean and well looked after. The TV is on the small side so bear this in mind if you’re big telly watchers. We had delicious meals at both village pubs, which are an easy walk away. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

St Mary’s House is a beautiful house with a lovely enclosed garden.
It is very comfortable with lovely beds, clean bedding and everything you need in the kitchen (except a decent sized tea pot).
We stayed 3 nights and found it a perfect base to visit Dover Castle, Deal and Walmer Castles, Richborough Roman remains where the Romans landed, Deal and Sandwich. Sandwich is pretty with a 16th century court room in use.
We had a great meal in the pub opposite, St. Crispin's Inn.
Would recommend St. Mary’s House.
