This charming first floor apartment is in Deal, just around the corner from the award winning High Street and within walking distance of the seafront. Tastefully decorated throughout, the interiors reflect coastal living. There is an open plan sitting/dining and kitchen room with everything you need to relax and enjoy a film after your day out exploring the local area. The kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of room to cook up a storm. The living area has a wood burner, making it perfect for cosy winter stays. On the same level, there are two light and airy bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Outside, is a gate leading to a secret courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy a stroll down to the High Street, where you will find an array of independent shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. There is a fantastic market every Saturday in the centre of town, and the whole of Deal High Street becomes pedestrianised for the morning. The picturesque seafront with its row of pastel coloured Georgian houses is just around the corner. Enjoy breakfast at Deal Pier Kitchen, or a stroll along the footpath towards Walmer and Kingsdown, stopping at one of the many cafes on route or a pint and fish and chips at The Zetland Arms (a pub on the beach) at the end. This apartment really has it all, making it perfect for couples, friends or families looking for an ideally located base for a trip to Deal.

I wish I could stay in a place as well appointed as Printer's Place more often! Up some stairs from the front door right away you find lots of thoughtful details. There are two good sized bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, a good shower over a bath and a good L-shaped couch. I can't fault the refurbishment. We stayed in February and you need the fire lit, if you plan on a night in at this time of year. (Some logs were provided but I needed more for the second night. The local pet shop sells sacks. The guest file mentions a surcharge for lighting the fire but when I asked the office I was reassured this was old information) Once lit the place is very cosy. I would definitely stay again.
