During our stay we enjoyed being able to watch films in the snug or sit by the fire in the living room playing games and reading.
Our dog enjoyed the long walks along the beach ending in a local pub or on the pier in Deal.
On Christmas day we were able to cook using the great facilities and sit at the dining table enjoying the view of garden.

Tuggers is an unusual holiday home with many interesting features. It is obviously loved and lived in at times. It is lovely to be able to walk on the shingle for miles.
The sunrises are stunning and there is an amazing view out to sea from the bedroom window.
Paul was really helpful about the heating.
We were not sure what we were meant to use at times as there was lots of open food in fridge and cupboards. We did put the bins out as requested but they were full of rubbish from previous stays.
However we really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was quirky, but fun and tasteful.

My husband looked forward to going to Deal and staying in Tuggers we were not disappointed.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Every piece has been so well thought out and tastefully put together. Guests are treated to a unique design experience and a wonderful space. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, including a delightful private garden. The owners were available via mobile to assist and answer any questions we had, which was much appreciated.

The property is moments away from Kingsdown beach and it is ideal for a quiet get away. Deal is a 40 minute walk away and many an evening was spent there. We visited the impressive Walmer Caste and gardens (10 minutes on foot), we hiked along coastal paths to various places including Sandwich and St Margaret’s at Cliffe and we drove to Folkestone (30 minutes by car) to explore the lanes and independent shops.

We had a wonderful break and staying at Tuggers was a big of that. There really is something heartwarming about staying in a wonderful place, surrounded by beautiful things and nature.

Enjoy your stay, we certainly did!
