Accessed via electric gates this wonderful property is deceptively large and perfect for groups or large families who value quality and space in a premier location. With a sizeable garden, complete with hot tub, gazebo and outdoor pizza oven / BBQ area and immediate access to the estates private championship artificial clay tennis court you will find yourself with plenty to entertain without leaving the property.

Within the property the feature living kitchen area means all the family are together. The kitchen benefits from Granite worktops, American fridge and conduction cooker. The living area has a magnificent double sided wood burner in the middle of the room. The panoramic glass windows afford magnificent views to the hills beyond

Location is perfect, house lovely, good showers and good sized bath. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is gorgeous (wish it was my kitchen at home). Kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. We all loved the fridge which dispensed crushed ice. Lovely wood burning fire in the middle of the living area which made the place lovely and cosy.

We all enjoyed the hot tub, however we would have enjoyed it so much more if there was some sort of canopy/cover. Due to the awful weather we found ourselves in the hot tub when it started raining. We also thought it would have made things easier if there was some covered shelve area just beside the hot tub to leave towels, sandals and somewhere to put our drinks when we needed to top up. This would save having to go in and out the house getting the floor all wet.

We also thought it would have been good to have a coat and umbrella stand when you come in the front door. We had to take dripping wet coats through to the utility room where there was places to hang wet coats. We would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely three nights stay at Finlas View. Everything we needed was there for us. The beds were all very comfortable and the cottage was lovely and clean. Very well equipped kitchen and hot tub was super. Angela was, as always, terrific nice and friendly, nothing was any bother. A delightful place to visit.

We have been a few times now and stayed in different cottages, each one just as good. We'll definitely be back !

Overall experience was excellent. We were part of a larger wedding party and between us we had rented every property on the site which made for a very special few days. Finlas View is the largest property available, it sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms although one of the upstairs bedrooms can function as an extra sitting room with great views from velux balcony style windows, if you wish it to be used as a 5th bedroom then it has a twin pull out day bed - personally I would have preferred it to be a proper double bedroom but some may prefer the extra lounge. The quality of fittings throughout is high and the house is in very good condition, the only mild annoyance was neither of the two additional drinks chillers worked - only an issue as we were hosting a large gathering, I’m sure the large American fridge freezer would be adequate normally. The garden is very large with fantastic aspects and there is a gazebo with pizza oven and also a hot tub - perhaps a few extra pieces of garden seating would be useful dotted around such a lovely large space. The owners were very relaxed and kept a low profile, some earlier access was granted where possible. It is not cheap but then again high quality accommodation is expensive in this area, it offered a lot of flexibility compared with say the local 4/5 star hotels and would be cheaper per head than those.

A great place to stay for a larger group - a Stag group in our case.
Enormous kitchen, spacious bedrooms along with great facilities such as the hot tub, made it a perfect base next to Loch Lomond, Balloch and the Scottish Highlands.

My family and I recently stayed at Finlas View to celebrate my Wife's birthday. What a lovely house this is. As soon as we walked in the front door we all fell in love with it, especially my wee Grandson, who has decided he would like to buy it. It is spacious and beautifully finished throughout, especially the kitchen area and all the bathrooms. It was also spotless. The large open plan (and very well equipped) kitchen/dining area, which flows into the lounge with its huge windows, is a terrific area for 'entertaining'.

Outside comprises of a large 'wrap around' garden which the children and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed. Our weather wasn't great unfortunately but, having the hot tub outside, made the rain irrelevant. Unfortunately the pizza oven is probably getting past its best but that really didn't matter for us. Having the tennis court, basketball net and football goals available, is brilliant for the kids. Angela ensured Customer Service also gets 'top marks'. We would love to go back and fully intend to.

We all enjoyed the spaciousness in the main area and kitchen. There was a shortage of crockery and a lack of condiments in the kitchen. But everything else was of a high quality especially the appliances. The utility room and outside access were a bonus.
Outside the hot tub and the bbq were great but the pizza oven was a disappointment as it was damp and we couldn’t get it ro light.
There were no board games supplied..
We were given more towels and toilet paper when required.
All in all we had a great time!

We had a fantastic weekend at this lovely house. Plenty of space to accommodate our large group, all the facilities we could possibly need. The hot tub and outdoor area were a great addition. Modern, clean and in a peaceful location. A car is needed but very close proximity to local amenities/restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

This is a beautiful holiday home with superb modern and clean decor and furnishings. The house has all the living amenities, linen, towels and facilities needed. The house is spacious, comfortable, peaceful, quiet and in very beautiful countryside. The garden is large and well maintained, with parking for several cars in the front of the property. The Management team are helpful, friendly and approachable. There are other holiday homes on this site - close enough to not feel remote but respectfully distanced for privacy. All in all a wonderful holiday home.

We had an incredible stay at this charming cottage for our hen party weekend! The place was exceptionally spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had restful nights. The surrounding scenery was stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for our celebrations.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub, which added a touch of luxury and fun to our weekend. Overall, this cottage exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable getaway. Highly recommend it for any group looking for a beautiful and relaxing retreat!

We had a fantastic stay at Finlas View for a family getaway recently. There were 14 of us and a baby so we needed to book one of the cottages across the road to accommodate everyone, however Finlas View was ideal for us all getting to relax together.

The shared family area is ideal with a huge kitchen and everything you might need and the outside area is enormous meaning there was plenty of space for the kids to run around. We made use of everything from hot tub to the tennis and basketball courts behind the cottage. We only had a small blip in the cooking which was it was initially hard to operate the oven, would suggest adding some instructions, and we failed with the pizza oven which didn't seem to get hot enough.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. It was also an easy walk down to Duck Bay Marina and Cameron House. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future!

This was perfect for our family attending a wedding at Boturich Castle. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable with an excellent kitchen and eating area. The four bedrooms were ideal and the bathrooms large, airy and well appointed. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to make use of the hot tub nor the pizza oven, so another visit beckons!
An ideal place which suited our needs perfectly.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely house with spectacular views . .There was everything you could need from hot tub to pizza oven …if you needed anything it was no problem , Everyone involved in running the estate were enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. Can’t wait to return!!
