A fantastic property for family and friends to enjoy. Oakwood is located in Old Hunstanton backing onto woodland and a stones throw away from Old Hunstanton beach. With a games room and swimming pool to keep all ages entertained and for an escape simply take a walk down the road and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in our bar and restaurant. Complete with an open plan kitchen, balcony and enclosed garden, its sure to be a winner with all.

We had another great stay at Oakwood it was enjoyed by the whole family We were especially lucky with the weather being great so they all made good made good use of pool.Only wish there was a higher comfy chair for us oldies but good time was had by all look forward to next time thank you all

This was our 2nd visit to this fabulous property and it was just as good as we remembered if not better!!! Oakwood has everything you could wish for and a little bit more!! The glorious Norfolk weather was also on our side, the swimming oool was just what we needed after a long beach walk, no fighting for sun beds here, your own private pool and plenty of room to relax!! Will definitely be back again next year.

Absolutely Perfect
Super Location and Perfect Accommodation .........great for all the family ..Grandkids loved the heated covered pool , really makes the difference what ever the UK weather .
Everything to hand , Secure off road parking for up to six cars ...Property second to none FABULOUS ..
Location , North Norfolk at its best

We had a week with our two daughters and their families and it ticked every box.
We were anticipating a week on the beach, but the weather was so poor we only managed this on one occasion and then it was raining.
So Oakwood became very important during these wet days. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool, pool table room and the snug was great for kids and their video games.
The location is great, we ate at The Lodge and went to Bircham Windmill where the bread is divine.
Highlight seals at Blakeney Point and the Soldier Museum, plus Walled Garden at Houghton Hall.
Oakwood was well set up, luxurious but not pretentious.

A stunning house that had everything we needed! Enough space for the 10 of us to enjoy and the pool was beautiful, the games room kept us entertained. The location was perfect, could walk to the local pub and the beach. If you are a large group this house is perfect. Already booked for next year

The property is the best I’ve rented and I’m aged eighty ,so I’ve been in a lot.Welcome pack covered everyone including the dogs .Pool was lovely and warm and well used by the big kids and little kids
Only one thing to moan about and that was the location of cutlery,not the lack of it ,but which of the drawers and cupboards was the required item
The cottage was superb and we all enjoyed the pool,games room and accommodation.
Thank you for a most enjoyable holiday
The cost charged for the dogs was a bit over the top .

This is an absolutely stunning property and ideally located in beautiful Old Hunstanton yet tucked away from the road with an amazing self contained spacious garden. The property is very well proportioned an excellent range of facilities including a heated pool, hot tub and games room.
The owners have certainly maximised the potential of this property!

What an amazing property, ideally located in old Hunstanton, a short walk to local amenities and a great location for visiting further afield. The property had everything you could ask for.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket and milk in the fridge! The bedrooms were all immaculate with superb en suite facilities and storage. The space in the communal areas was amazing and ensured room for all. The games room provided fun when the weather wasn’t overly friendly and the pool was just the icing on the cake. Whether you are looking for a property for a family holiday or a holiday with friends, this property has it all.

We booked Oakwood as a family get together, it was perfect We have 5 children, their husbands, wives and partners plus 3 little grandchildren
Everything was ready on arrival including made up cots and high chairs The pool was heated and the games room was the man cave.
Everything is new and very high quality
We walked to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton, played golf, used a beach hut for the day and the adults walked the Coastal path to Thornham for lunch. So much to do
Such a success that we have booked for Xmas too !

Oakwood is the perfect holiday house, great location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coast.

The house is beautiful with 6 en-suite bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone to relax or play. We loved the swimming pool and its disco lights !

Have been on holiday with Norfolk Coast Holiday Cottages for many years all of the cottages have been excellent but this one topped the lot with the family.We had a brilliant time the pool was fantastic addition for all of us even the weather was kind to us.Have booked it for 2024 Thank you Norfolk Coast Holiday Cottages.
